I had a *very* bad experience at the Seattle store on 145th with a sales rep called Brian S. on May 2nd. #1: he claimed you can ONLY set up a new account with the Smart plan. I wanted the Basic and he said Id have to wait a week and then contact customer service to switch. According to the rep I chatted with today, you can open a new account with any level of plan you want. #2: he didnt tell me about the 15 day free Deezer music trial that kicks in at a non-refundable $6/month! I only discovered this by accident when I called today to switch to the Basic plan. #3: he sold me a screen guard, claiming hed give me discounts that would make it just $2.50 - and showing me this on the computer screen. However the final receipt that printed out had just a $5 credit, making it $19.99, which Id never pay for a bit of plastic film. The store is quite far from my house so I havent been able to go back to return it. Bottom line: be careful. They offer cheap rates to lure you in the door, but this sales person, at least, clearly tried to tack on a lot more charges on the side. Make sure you know what youre getting!

These employees dont know what they are doing. I phone screen broke and they dont me to get a new phone so I didnt. I didnt know anything about a $20 upgrade fee. One of the employees told me that the phone I picked had good GPS, as I need this for I travel a lot. I got the phone and left the next day for Vacation. I got back day 7 and return the phone for it sucked with GPS. When I return it I was charged $50 ($25 restocking fee, $5 taxes, $20 for upgrade). Never knew the upgrade wasnt refundable. I didnt to get a new phone but I would have to pay the f#@king $20 upgrade fee again. So not only would I loose the $50 for having the phone for 7 days but would have to pay another $20... $70 total for nothing... I kept my broken phone and will purchase one online. Avoid this store!!! Visited the store a few times, dealing with a boy by name Max. Both times were giving incomplete or false information from him, which ended up costing me close $100 extra. If you find yourself in the store - double check any information theyre giving to you by calling Cricket corporate phone number, which provides much better customer service. Agree with the other reviewers that the staff in this store is completely untrained and also has bad attitude.

I had an amazing experience with the reps at this store! They helped me get the phone i wanted on a payment plan even though i didnt have good credit and they were very helpful with teaching me how to use my new phone. They were so patient and knowledgeable i had to give a good Review...
