This review is not a hit on the store or employee that helped me, its for an online order on the website. I placed an order for a marine battery online for pickup at the store. Received email conformation that the order was received. About 20 minutes later, another email stating that my order was ready for pickup. Went down to the store and was told that they did not have the battery I ordered. WOW, waste of time for me. Employee had to give me a refund in cash. Going to OReillys for a battery. Need a better inventory system.....

I needed a rare and custom made serial battery for dirt devil broom vac electric broom, so I took the old one, took it here and they had a new one done by the next day for an incredible low cost, worked perfectly!! Awesome place, excelent service!!

Helpful staff, helped me pick up a battery and converter for powering my laptop and telescope out in the field...with enough juice left over for phones and tablets. Reasonably priced. Its not easy to find batteries, and then theres Batteries Plus!

This place is terrible. They sold me a defective battery and refuse to replace it under the warranty. They also need to test the battery for 48 hours which leaves me without transportation
