Went in because my phone was having issues charging not knowing if they could help me. However Ryan, the nice guy that he is, was able to set me up with a warranty claim to receive a new phone because it was an issue I couldnt have created! His help didnt stop there! He was able to back up all my photos and contacts into the cloud, that I didnt even know about until he did so! I asked if he would be able to help me set up the new one when it came in, and that was absolutely no problem to him and he even told me when he worked for the day I thought I would receive the new phone! I ended up getting the phone a day early! When I went in, Anthony, also a nice guy, helped me to completely set up my new phone as well as get the cloud all figured out on it too! Ugh! I cannot say in words how helpful these two were to me! Lisa was super friendly too! Someone else in the store on my second day greeted me and was being friendly as well! Super super nice and genuine people! Great team working there! Not only will I come back with any issues or questions on my devices, but Ill always recommend them to anyone with phone questions too!

I had hands down the worst experience ever at this verizon store on Friday Dec 16th around noon. Went in to get some help for my sisters new phone. None of the apps were working and I had tried to work on it. The woman that helped me I think was the manager..although hard to know as her hair was so dirty and she was dressed shabby...most importantly it was her attitude. Clearly her goal was to be rude and make things as complicated as possible while managing to make me feel small and stupid. I asked clear questions and every answer seemed designed to build on a difficult solution to recovering the apps. I did as she asked and it did not help.the next morning I went to a verizon store on aurora across from James Village (la fitness shopping center) seriously an awesome guy named Shawn fixed every problem and sold my sister a case in under 30 min..I firmly believe this woman should not be working at any Verizon store..I have been in the communications field for 40 years and know bad technicians and poor customer service and hers is a top 10 horrible experience...

This place is the absolute worst! I came here to purchase the S6 last year. They didnt have the 64 gb in Stock so I had to come back when it came in. They transferred all of my contacts and pictures, 3 hours later Im heading home. I immediately notice that my sound doesnt work so I go back to get it replaced, they tried giving me a 32gb they had in stock. As I corrected them before they tried to transfer my stuff yet again, I had them order the 64gb and left (another hour of my time). I go back when it comes in, transfer everything...again...another 2.5 hours. They give me a gift card (I think for a promotional thing) that I used part of for a charger and couldnt decide what to spend the rest on so I stored in my wallet. A year later, my tempered glass shatters and I go back to use the remaining of the gift card for a new one. Surprise surprise, the gift card is zeroed out. Im going to be leaving this crappie phone company. Theyre worse than the DMV.

I went in to this store because I was having trouble with my I-phone and I had read a couple of good reviews on line about this particular place. Joe George was the young man that helped me to resolve my issue. It turned out to be an easy fix as it was an operator error on my part. To his credit he handled it professionally and never at any time made me feel embarrassed for not understanding how to work my phone. He even showed me a few more features about which I never knew. Since I was there, Joe took the time to look into my account and saw that we were overpaying as the status of a couple of phones on our account had changed. He was able to update our account leaving us with more money in the bank. I can not recommend Joe highly enough and I will be sure to tell all my friends about what a great experience I had at this Verizon store...and Joe if you read this, thank you again for all your help.

My phone stopped working and I was not eligible for an upgrade. I went into a Verizon store up on alderwood mall parkway and they were extremely rude and condescending. I went to this location and wont go to any others now! Shawn was nice and funny and super helpful. He got me all set up in no time at all and completely turned my negative experience into a positive one. Thank you Shawn!

Tyler oh I wanted to the store today because I couldnt get the Pandora app to come up on my phone and Tyler was at the store and he was very helpful and within a matter of 5 Seconds he had it figured out and then later showed me because I couldnt figure out what Ive done you showed me if it ever happens again how to do it again absolutely great service thank you Tyler

Tyler was fantastic he helped me with my phone and answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my device before I left the store. I was waiting for a survey to praise Tyler for his excellent work but I never received it and thought I would let the company know Tyler did an amazing job. I left the store a very satisfied customer.

I think Anthony, Joe, Tyler, and Lisa are incredible they help me out with any request Ive ever had on the Iphone and IPad, and even showed me some things that Im not sure of. Its made my experience with both the iPad and iPhone incredible. Give them all a raise or at least a cake thank you very much, Mike Reagan .

This is my 2nd visit to the store n 2 days & they werent tired of helping me. Lisa said she expects me to come back a 3rd time & more with any questions instead of trying to learn the new technology on my own. She set me up with a GPS for my new tablet on my dashboard.
