Metro PSC on Denny Way in Seattle is AWFUL. The guy working there curses all day and is disrespectful to customers, thats if he shows up to open the store. Ive had problems since day one with this phone and I went to actually complain about it for something to be done. All before my first bill. I came to the Denny Way location in Seattle during business hours and it was closed. Other customers came while I waited to see why or what but nothing. I spoke to a store next door they havent seen the Metro PCS guy all day. To wrap this up, Metro PCS has horrible phones, that just do not work and perform at....2g. Yes, 2g power. All for about $80 a month. They hire immature employees, wholeave the store unattended, and they just dont care to help you because they already got your money. That sums it up pretty accurately. Dont go with Metro PCS. Its a waste of time. I will copy and post this all over the web and my Facebook. People should know about companies like these.

My husband and I came here with two new phones all charged up and ready for someone to port our old numbers and leave our current service provider. When we walked in, there was one man behind the counter who seemed friendly. After we explained what we needed he complained about us arriving right before they close (We showed up more than 25 minutes before closing time) and took our phones and seemed very irritated with us. Instead of staying to have what we wouldve liked done in the store, my husband asked if we could do any of this ourselves at home and requested an 800 number in case we needed help. My husband and I left, 800 number in hand. We dont plan on returning to this particular store due to the negative attitude of the staff.

This is a whole in the wall place, they have no products to view its like a walkthrough pay and go.... Never offered insurance for my phone, didnt offer any products for phone I mean its okay if you just paying your bill. Dont expect much and there is only enough room for 3 people at one time...... If youre in a car, bus, and blink you might pass the place and miss it.......

Metro pcs sucks. There customer service is based in india!!!./why? Because india min wage is $0.03 an hour!!! I have two phone and no more . i rather go pay more and have decent service. I hate metro pcs i hate them they will lie to you about everything. Most work with commision

Went into change my phone using the same Sim card. All he did was type in my IMEI to the website and charged me a $25 "activation fee" For 1 minute of work. Usually these conveniences are available to regular customers
