The service I received from Cricket Sales Associate: Mike Nodine was nothing short of Simply Stellar!!! I have a friend hospitalized who had suffered a stroke with paralysis and severe memory loss and her cell phone could no longer hold a charge. She had no way to contact her family and needed a new phone. Mike troubleshooted the phone and made helpful suggestions for a new phone taking her condition into consideration. When it came time to activate the phone; no log ins or passwords could be remembered or retrieved . Mike worked patiently with me to find a solution to every problem that arose over the next few days resulting in restored contacts, passwords, upgraded phone, and a Very Satisfied Customer. Kudos to Mike...Keep Up the Good Work!!!!

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The fact of the matter is, is when they tell you good stuff about there devices and then they turn around a few weeks later and act like snobby store reps.
