Melissa is an asset to metro. She did her best to accommodate me with an issue and still acknowledged every customer who came through the door with a warm smile and hello. She was extremely busy and the only employee working. The world needs more people like her in it. Cudos to you Melissa. I give her twenty stars. I have dealt with other metro employees that I would terminate on the spot.On the other hand...I give metro a minus twenty for their policies and procedures. Very disappointing.

They went out of their way to contact other dealers out of town to reserve a special order that was taking weeks without that added effort by this employee instead of taking a sale from us and knowing we were not satisfied. Grwat job! Need more MetroPCS locations like this one.
