This store is unorganized and unprofessional they have a waiting list but you have to get signed on to or you can call in and make an appointment I just got done doing a walk in was there for 2 hours never got on to the waiting list didnt even know there was a waiting list until about 2 hours after I got there meanwhile people are going ahead of me the manager in the two workers just totally ignoring me it was a two and a half hour wait to get any help and on top of that how can you make an appointment show up and theyre still be a two and a half hour wait ahead of you the store is unprofessional and unorganized Ive been with sprint for a year and a half now I am satisfied with the company but not the store most stores I go to its first come first serve walk in not sit on a bench for two hours and not even receive a single bit of help I give them one star and corporate really needs to put a foot into their ass

Walk in-rather than call the store number- I got put threw a phone tree 3 times while trying to get a hold of someone local at the Gresham store. The staff at this store-Ive had mixed encounters with- about a year ago they were a bunch of rude collage age kids. Now-they have good reps working for them. Very helpful in answering my questions and getting me answers and friendly. I would recommend going to the Sprint store here in Gresham over going to the Troutdale store.

Bought new Iphone 7 but my iphone 6 sim card doesnt work on new iphone 7 so i been chatting with sprint representative and they said that i have go to store and they ill give me free sim card. so drove to the store waited in line and then at the stoer they said i have to pay for my new sim card........ even when i shwed my chatting transcript..... what a poor customer service ordered my new sim card and have to wait for a week now to use my new iphone

Been with Sprint for over 10 years now and still going. Few years back this store reps were a bunch of rude collage kids but then they got good manager and that guy did pretty good job till now. I went to the store this morning and what I see? New ppl new manager and totally unprofessional behavior... So, they are back to " a bunch of rude collage age kids" I dont think Im gonna be going back to this store any time soon.

Would give zero stars if I could really service is terrible also we go in we wait patiently we were acknowledged but no one checked us in but the next 6 people that came through the door get checked in right away and than they asked our name we walked out never going back . Hope these employees are strictly commission because their customer service isnt worth crap

Do not, I repeat DO NOT for any reason set foot in this store! They are useless, wasted specimen of human flesh. They cant help you, will not help you. You are better off taking a little extra time and visiting the store on 82nd across from Winco in Happy Valley! That is where you will end up anyways.

Terrible customer service one person helping people the other guy is walking around stocking shelves when six people are waiting for service couldnt believe it. Waited for 25 minutes was going to be late for work so I walked out of the damn store Ill never come back there again.

Store supposed to close at 8. I arrived at 7:50 ish and try to open the door but it was locked. Try to look at the people working inside to let them know my question would take less than 2mins but was completely ignored like I do not exist. Not a great customer treatment.

Line out the door, these people are the slowest reps ive ever seen! They are all worthless, get them out and start with knowledgeable intelligent customer service first representatives. Goodluck with going into this store... More of a headache than its really worth
