The customer service rep was helpful and courteous however I used the on-line website and vehicle identification application to identify my vehicle and purchase the batteries that were recommended. The purchase was done prior to going to the store. I feel as if this was a bait and switch because when I arrived at the store it was discovered that your app recommended the wrong batteries. My Chevy Silverado 3500 HD diesel requires two batteries. The batteries I purchased on-line were 770 CCA with side posts and the batteries needed needed were top post batteries. I not only had to pay more for the correct batteries that are rated at 730 CCA instead of the 770 CCA. Generally a higher CCA rating costs more? So in effect I had to pay more for lesser batteries. Also, after the on-line purchase (which indicated that my batteries were not in stock at the closest store) I drove one hour to a more distant store. After arriving and as stated, the batteries purchased were not the correct batteries and only one of the correct batteries was available so I had to drive yet another half hour to an even more distant store from my home. In retrospect I should have just driven to my local auto parts store for the batteries which would have taken much less time, hassle and money. I spent a total of $418.00 as I purchased an ATV battery as well, paid more than expected for the batteries and used up 4 hours of my day driving all over our area and talking to reps. My experience with Batteries Plus was not a good one and I may not ever shop there again. By the way the reps were courteous but my overall experience was not good!

Well the people are nice and the place is neat. However the employees are not familiar with their own products or their warranties. Bought a car battery from them and it supposedly had a lifetime warranty on it. Go in to call (because the website wasnt a lot of help) and was told nope its just 2 years. Whole reason I bought it from them was an employee saying it was lifetime. Now I learn it was a gimic to get me to buy. Another note is when I called (the main help line) I was told to bring my dead car to a store thats a few hours, leave my car there overnight. If it net the requirement of being dead the store may or may not help with replacing the battery (after buying a new one) Well I get its all that can be done its still heartbreaking to be stranded amd being told that is the only way to help. I hope the current employees are actually aware of the replacement policies and warrants dont get duped like I did; even if the employees are nice, its a sales technique so youre less likely to get upset or cause a fuss.

We went in for help testing an old UPS system and getting set up with a new one. They were very friendly and helpful and we got what we needed for less than we thought. I know these specialty stores are getting rarer, but when you need something a little more technical its much better to talk to someone who knows what theyre doing vs. a kid at a big box electronics store who couldnt tell you the difference between a surge protector and a power strip.

I bought a 12 pack of C123A batteries for my Arlo security camera at this store. The sales person assured me the brand he recommended was as good as the brand recognition batteries. My mistake was going to this store and listening to the clerk. The batteries he sold me lasted less than a week! The previous batteries by Panasonic lasted 4+ months. I emailed the store a week ago and have not heard back from them.

I bought a battery for a digital tire inflator and it was nearly dead right out of the package. Luckily its a nice Matco one and has a low battery indicator so I knew right away. I recently bought a car battery and it has been holding up so far. I will go here again.

I am a Trainer by trade. I have worked for some big companies. Caterpillar, Boeing, McDonnell Douglas. One of the classes I taught was Customer Service. Had these guys been in my class they would have received an A+. Great company! Store in Puyallup Washington.

Battery was two weeks past 3 yr warranty. Pleasant staff. Lots of stock. I just prefer other battery makers where I get 84 month warranty for less money a good battery is expensive. A 7 year warranty is better. Thats how you backup a good product

Bought a battery for my motorcycle. Took it home and turns out it was dead. So the next weekend I take it back to return it and they refuse to take it. If you shop here make sure they check the battery before you leave the store.
