After being told to return the airwave I was mistakenly charged to the corporate store, i went in on Saturday where only two representatives were working with about 10 people in line(waiting an hour to be helped). A gentleman who must have called on earlier cut in line, which rightfully so infuriated one customers wife and daughter, only to have the representative tell him as he goes to leave that she can mulitask customers. Huh? After weve been in line all this time? Only to be told to call sprint and get a box sent to get it returned. Weekends need more employees present, corporate stores are way to busy.

Beyond words. Please go far away from this place! So the sprint representative Dominic who works at this location who I went through has no integrity at all. He would honestly make his commission rather than tell customers exactly what the agreement truly entails. Now Im stuck in a horrible situation with the worst service provider in the nation because of the words that came from this mans mouth. If you do choose Sprint and go to this location be aware of this wolf in Sheeps clothing. A. Feazelle

Went in to purchase a new phone/upgrade because I was having some trouble with the website. When we arrived, no one greeted or spoke to us. Employees were making jokes and chatting with each other, but no one was helping us. We stayed for almost 30 minutes, wherein not a single staff member bothered to say "how can we help you" or "we will be right with you." Finally we just left. Most frustrating customer service (or lack thereof) that I have experienced with sprint.

As far as this particular store, I was very impressed all the employees I dealt with. Very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. As far as sprint in general for my cell service. Im not impressed at all. Terrible reception all over the puget sound area. The data speeds are slow even with good reception. I may cancel my service..... The rates are good though

Workers are understanding and seem knowledgeable. Computers cannot be overwritten though. Seems a little odd. Not to mention irritating. We had to go back 3 days in a row, spent a total of about 4hrs trying to get the computer to release the phone that was purchased online.

Horrible. Ended up having to go to the sprint store on 176th to get the job done accurately. They went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of.
