My husband and I went to this store to get phone covers, we saw the sales associate Mike. He Got us in and out quickly but installed our phone covers for us first. None of the workers there hustled you to buy anything like Verizon stores do. I am a Verizon customer and have never received customer service like this from them.

The four stars go to the one associate Michael or Mike. He is the most helpful person in this store. He is very clear with what is going on with your account and is very knowledgeable, if something isnt working for you, he with offer you other options. I cant say the same about other associates.

Worst service, Worst company. Buyer beware, they do nothing, but tell lies here at this location. Their employees are irresponsible losers. Especially one by the name of BRENDA SHORT, she is super flaky and a total space cadet. Whatever you do, make sure you ignore her and avoid her.
