The checkers that are checking out your order need to SMILE are greet the customers more and they need to stop the food roller when they finish checking out other customers. this will allow the new customer to put their objects on the food check out roller more efficient. when a customer tells a checker that they only want one bag and tell them the items that should go in that bag they should not have the customer bag the items themselves. This was however my third experience that was unpleasant at your 99 Cent Store. however I hope my next visit will be pleasant when I get ready to check out my items if its not I will not come back to the 99 cent store again and well pass this bad experience on to my neighbors and my church members because I would not like for them to experience what I have experienced. thank you for asking about my experience at your 99 Cent Store in Vallejo California on Sonoma Boulevard.

I miss this store more than any other I left behind when I moved to Utah 6 months ago. They have a terrific selection of products in all their categories and they have as much square footage as a small Walmart. Their refrigerated foods section is particularly good and they regularly do great brand-name special buys. My favorite thing that I buy there is "teriyaki flavored seaweed" and I have never found it anywhere else. This store alone would be enough to convince me to move back to Vallejo (or Bay Area in general) if I didnt already have a million other reasons.

Cashier kept hitting wrong button which made the machine say customer canceled card had not touched machine after swiping my card did this three times which made my bank lock my account and decline my debit card which had several hundred dollars in so i knew it was good luckly i had a credit card i didnt want to use for the transaction. Other wise cashier was very friendly and helpful long lines doing tgey best they could do to move them along which may have cause the errors

The stores have excellent prices. Everything from household goods such as soaps groceries cleaning supplies greeting cards candy tools painting supplies gardening supplies kitchen supplies iced tea Kool-Aid potato chips... Toys... You got to go there to know because they have so much things to choose from. Kind of like a small flea market except everything is in good shape. If you only have a few ducats then this is the place. We like this store.

Great location, lots of parking and theyve got so much inside the facility. Great items that I can only find in the 99Cents Only Stores. Walking distance to other shops within the shopping center(CVS, Furniture Store, Beauty Supply and places to eat). Everytime I go in there, I always walk out with so much extra. Love this spot!

CASHIER I HAD WAS REALLY COOL PERSONALITY... AND I GOT A COOL GOLDEN BUTTERFLY JOURNAL AND SOME PAPERMATE RED PENS THAT WORK GREAT... I GUESS RED IS NOT WHAT MOST PEOPLE GET.. SO THEY CAME HERE.. BUT PAPERMATE IS A GOOD BRAND.. AND THEY WRITE WELL..OOPS.. DID I JUST REPEAT MYSELF? OH WELL....

Theyve changed up the staff and improved the employee-customer interaction significantly. Good cheap stuff here. Only downside to newcomers is you have to make sure of the price of what youre getting. They sell stuff thats $1.99 and $2.99 aswell.

Its not bad as far as prices go but be aware that everything is not 99 cents. Ive found some nice things to decorate the house with which is good if youre on a budget. Its also has very good selections of holiday decorations.

The staff was absolutely amazing, they were beyond friendly and helpful in finding everything I need as well as just basic conversation. And of course, you cant beat their prices on many of the household items they sell.

Can find some good deals here..obviously. There are items though that should be bundled together for .99 cents thought. Example - a tiny little tote that wouldnt hold much more than a few pairs of socks or some tools.

I like the produce and the merchandise. The checkers are nice. Its hard to find a cart. I have been there when a theft took place or something was going on. Now they check your receipt at the door like Costco does.

Great prices on most but not all things. Checkout service varies, but you can save a ton of money. New store, but restrooms permanently out of service. Of two stores in town, this is the better location.

Love me some cheap snacks. Do not love the parking lot full of meth heads and entry level sex workers. Store security is great though and do a good job looking out for the oldsters who shop here.
