Going inside mobile phone outlets used to fill me with dread. Visions of long lines of the great unwashed masses would dance in my head at the prospect. Thus, when it was time to finally upgrade my piece of crap phone, I didnt enjoy the idea of going to a Sprint store. The one google user review, as well as the closer location to my home swayed me to visit this location. I have to say that my opinion of Sprint stores has been changed forever. First of all, THEY HAVE CHAIRS. What a concept? When the store gets busy, let at least a few customers take a load off. It makes for a lot less crankiness in the long run. Next there is the staff. Mobile phone stores usually have either elitist geeks who make you feel stupid, or sloppy minions who act like youre wasting their time with your precious phone questions. Once again, that wasnt my experience. I dealt specifically with Marion Martinez. I will preface this review by stating I do not have any affiliation with this person. I met him for the first time when I bought my new phone. He went above and beyond the call of duty to listen, advise, as well as be entertaining. He recommended a new product that I had never considered as well. He has a wealth of knowledge about many different types of phones (old and new), which can be helpful in making your purchase. Those of us who remember when Skytel pagers were the most amazing thing on earth will appreciate a sales rep who can discuss the old and new technology that is upon us. I also dealt with the guy who I believe is the manager of the store, but Im not sure. He installed the screen protector on my phone and was very nice about it. He didnt make me feel like an uncoordinated person for not wanting to put it on my shiny new phone myself. Unfortunately I had to visit another Sprint store today due to a stock situation at the Fitzgerald location. THAT place was exactly how I remember mobile phone locations existing. It was painful to even be inside. Dont get me started on the employees either. That story will be reserved for another review though...

I would give this store ZERO STARS, but that option is not available. People working at this store DO NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SKILLS. My husband went there today to pick up a phone. When he got there, two male employees were treating a customer like if he was stupid. Then, my husband showed one of the guys the order we had placed online, and the guy didnt even know what my husband was talking about (even though we had made an appointment and we received an email confirmation with the order number and description of the phone purchased). They said to my husband that he would have to get a "way more expensive phone" and put a down payment on it. Since the employees were very stupid and didnt know how to do their job, my husband left. The STORE MANAGER, or whoever is in charge of this store, needs to train employees. What a bad experience:(:(:(

The employees were quick to greet us and were friendly while I activated my phone. They werent busy at all so there was no wait and they knew what they were doing. They werent pushy with sales but they were so nice I had to buy something anyways!
