The worst experience of my life with any company ever! This store shouldnt even get one star. It should be a negative 5 stars. I was lied to, I was charged for things they told me was "free," and they added insurance and protection package to my bill without my consent. Over Chistmas I went to get a phone, just one, but the salesperson told me there was a promotion of buy one get one free. I thought ok and I went with the the promotion, only to find out 3 weeks later that I wasnt eligible for the promotion and that I needed to bring the extra phone back or I would be charged. It was their mistake and I had to pay the price. Who does that? They told me so many lies..."here are free head phones" - not free; "here is a free cord" - not free; "I wont make you pay taxes on the free ipad" - not true, he charged me. Then the manager had to apologize for the salesperson who did this to me. He lied to her and told her he had called me about me not qualifying for the BOGO, which he hadnt. But she wasnt any better. She tried to be all nice and sympathetic and said she would take care of everything and give me $150 credit for my inconvenience- and yet another lie, this time from the store manager. Dont go to this store. You will be ripped off. Go to a corporate store.

I came into the store because my Samsung galaxy s5 will not for the life me turn on. The screen was completely black but I can still feel my phone vibrate and when I put it to charge the light will still turn on. I was just going to get an upgrade. But after explaining my situation the rep found a way to fix my phone rather than to sell me a new one. Not only that but offered me a new Mobile share Advantage plan thats saved me about $45 dollars a month. Im glad to know that there are still reps out there that are not just there to sell but to help you satisfy all your needs. This is the first time I did not have wait over and hour to get service on something so simple. I highly recommend this store for all AT&T services. Great associates, clean store and not that long of a wait. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Do not recommend this store to anyone! They have never done right by me. Always a problem. Either with tech questions or payments. Now they are charging a $2.00 surcharge for taking a cash payment on your account. But, nothing for a credit card. Huge scam!!!!! Plus some of their display equipment is broken. Has been for months! This is not an AT&T company owned store. Obviously , the owner doesnt care about how he represents AT&T. I do have to say though, the people are very nice......... Too bad the condition of the store and what they charge to make a payment reflects on the personnel.

I came into the store to pay my bill and the manager helped me save money on my monthly bill. I am glad this store is close to my house and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great At&t experience.

I got my husbands iPhone 6s plus here. Guy who helped was nice enough to the point where he wasnt too nice and kissing ass (lol). I like this place especially so close to my home
