The very good service is simply based on the young lady who served me in her incredible capacity to be customer service oriented and not on the following issue. After purchasing an iphone and being talked into the insuranced policy which I rarely under most circumstances accept, I did. After three days my phone fell out of the holster and was lost approx. ten minutes. It must have fallen in the street upon entering my vehicle. So I put the claim in to Asurion for a replacement. That went perfectly until the end when they told me I had a $199.00 deductible. Well that still saves me three hundred dollars so this is not a complaint about the money even though it is probably the toughest time for a bill like that in my life. This is about a total lack of integrity, honesty, and acknowledgement and revealing of information. Because these ATT stores are vultures and they turn there employees into buzzards, they are forced to be allusive and criminal. Not revealing this information is against the law, and as a legal professional I am going to pursue a legal claim and let you all know here about these deceptive practices. Be careful and call them on it. This is why corp[oartions like ATT make billions in profits and the middle class suffer!!!!

My visit to the Bay Street, Emeryville location today left so much to be desired. Let me start by saying I work for an computer vision hardware and software company partnered with AT&T, so being treated like I dont know how to turn on a phone is irritating. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. Isabell was not listening to me. She ran around the store, tried to sell me multiple accessories and even rang me up for them without my approval. The worse part of it is she deactivated my phone without warning and prior to setting up my new phone. I went 6 hours without a phone this evening and missed a work call. Thankfully I refused to let her wipe my old phone prior to my new phone being set up. Half of my contacts didnt transfer. I will not return to this store again. The manager was rude as well. Send in a trainer asap!

My phone is having issues I take really good care of it, its about 2 years old... when my battery gets down to about 50% it turns off and then just keeps restarting. I went into this location and they tried to connect my phone to run a diagnostic and they couldnt connect it and gave up, then after trying and trying to scan my ID to see if I had a protection plan they finally got it and then asked for the password, Im not sure what it is and the guys says oh well I cant help you then. If I am on the plan why cant I see if I have a protection plan, this place is so unprofessional and AT&T is not very helpful they just want to sell you a new phone for $800. I think Im going back to Tmoble Ive had them before a little more expensive but much more helpful and professional. Never going to this location again!

Workers here are friendly and the store is pretty nice. With some more bizarre issues you may still need to call AT&T, as the people here cant necessary help you for some reason. The downside is that when it gets busy -- say on Friday night or the weekend -- it gets really slow. You may end up waiting an hour or two before you can speak to someone. Fortunately, this is in Bay Street, so its fairly easy to find something to do in that time. If all you need is something simple that only takes a couple minutes, such as a new SIM card, you can often get away with just asking the greeter (the one who adds your name to the list) to help you with it. Otherwise, you can always make an appointment.

You need a lie detector to navigate their bulls**t Bought a warrantied product, but they never gave me the warranty info, so I ended up buying a replacement, instead of getting one for free to replace the damaged one. Also! you have to "sign in" to even buy one little product, Get in line, wait 30 minutes, and THEN and only THEN you do get to buy a product, the only reason Im giving it two stars instead of one, is that when I complained about the fact that there is no one to just ring out customers, and that I shouldnt have to wait 30 mins just to be rung out for a product, the guy tried to pull someone so they could run my credit card. I was just shaking my head...

Chelsie was great. She walked us through our options with no sales pressure at all. She sold us and Iphone and TV package. Here is the big problem, three days after our purchase, our credit was compromised. It was such a hassle calling all the credit card companies to get the accounts closed. I have every reason to believe that someone in that office stole our information. I believe it wasnt Chelsie but as Chelsie was helping us her Ipad was having issues and she had to go to the back a couple times to get it to work. I am sure that is when our information got stolen. I called the corporate number - not much help but wanted to warn any one going there - BEWARE!!!!

THIS STORE WAS THE MOST MIS-MANAGED WIRELESS STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Only stocked 60 phones on the opening day of new iphone sales. Either did not communicate important information to customers in queue, or totally mislead customers as to what their options were. Sales staff was rude, inept, or full of conflicting information! I wasted the better part of a day waiting in line just to be turned away at the counter with zero options due to bad information from the sales staff. Will NEVER set foot in an AT&T Store again much less this location!

This is the worst at&t store that i have been to. I went to the store to get an upgrade for a new phone. They told me that they have a promotion, if i purchase a new phone i will have free tablet. Ok done deal. So they activated the tablet with a new sim. Now one month later, i tried to pay my bill. It was like 4 different numbers adding to my family line. Each line, i have to pay $211 for activation and cancelation which i have no clue. My phone bill is $900 plus. I will not pay it until they credited me back $211 for each line.

Horrible..... i called in to see if this store had any note 3s in stock. The lady with whom i spoke to said there were some in stock. I got there to find out they had been sold out since yesterday. Wasted my time and my gas when she could have just gave me a simple "we dont have any in stock". At&t, you really need to hire some competent employees that can answer simple yes and no questions correctly. Lucky for that employee i didnt get her name, but i am sure all your employees are just as competent.

I received excellent service from Dessiray. She was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. She took the time to understand my needs. She answered my many questions. She was patient and sincere. There was never any pressure to buy and she gave me the time I need to decide whether it be a few days, a week, or more. With each returned visit she made me feel welcomed. Thank you, Dessiray!
