Had lunch across the street at Curry Up Now just when tech world announced Sprint/T-MOBILE may merge. Im not on both of the mentioned carrier, but wanted to see what special theyve. Sometimes clearance bins are 70% off with most outdated, or trying to get rid of goods. I was approached by a store employee asking what services I would like. Told them about the latest merger news. They were quite shock as to not knowing any info on the deal. I dont blame them for this as not part of their job description. In the end, I just fiddle with phones on display and left. Nice clean shop though.

Excellent staff. The store manager really knows his stuff. They can install a "Black Ice" protective cover on my iPhone 6 in a matter of minutes. They are fast, courteous, contentious, and knowledgable experts when it comes to their products. I drive 20 miles to buy at this store because they dont ignore you and make you wait. And wait. And wait some more like so many other Sprint stores do.

I had a great experience here! Out of all of the sprint stores in the area I have to say it was the best! It wasnt very busy at the time so as soon as we walked in we were greeted. Aaron was great help and we encountered a problem changing our service from T-Mobile to sprint but he was obviously going to fix it, and he did! Will always choose this store if I need phone help!

Worst Customer service ever. I stood there waiting for 45 min while the front desk representatives were busy talking to each other about there home stuffs. I had to finally go home and call Sprint Customer Service and they helped me clear my problem. I highly recommend everyone not to visit this place. You are simply wasting your time.

Rep was knowledgeable and helpful despite Sprints inflexible policies. Returning device(s) after lease(s) end cannot be done without the account holder being present. A nuisance for anyone who pays for a relatives service who lives across the state/country.

Not an actual Sprint Corporate Store, a Preferred Retailer. And it shows in the Service and Plans Your Offered. I Wouldnt Recommend for New Service.
