I called at exactly 10 AM and jumped through all the prompts in order to reach this store by phone. Then it says "Press 1 to be connected to an associate.". Well, its quickly approaching 10:20 and no one will pick up the phone!!! The phone only rings 4 or 5 times before the recording comes back on saying to Press 1 again, and again, and again, and AGAIN in order to ATTEMPT to reach this store! This is ridiculous! Cant they just have a direct phone line to the store!!?? Even AT&T - through the 800 # - could not reach the store! If they had a fax # posted Id fax a note to them, but of course nothing like that can be found. Their inability to answer the phone is going to cost me whatever time and gas it takes to drive the 20 minutes to their store. In this day and age, this is the WORST customer service ever!!!!!!

By far the worst AT&T store I have ever been to. First time I went to get two additional phones activated and was told that it comes with free internet for one month. Once we received the first phone bill, we were charged for the internet service. I talked to a representative and was told that no such deal existed. A year later, I tried changing to an iPhone. All the representative did was hand me a blank sim card and told me to go online at home. It turns out she gave me the wrong sim card and received no apology or additional help whatsoever. Overall, my experience there was horrible due to their shadiness, lack of care and very poor customer service. I highly recommend going to any other branch than this.

My husbands iPhone died recently so we visited the store together get new phones for both of us. Millard Zumel was more concerned making as much money off us as possible than properly configuring our new phones. It took hours to get the two phones setup between sales pitches for new iPad, new internet service, DirecTV now - so many sales pitches - we just wanted new phones. He asked us multiple times which number was whose. When we got home, we discovered the phones were not setup correctly. We had to go back in twice to get them setup correctly. The second time we returned, Millard was less than friendly and walked away from us once he corrected the problem. So unprofessional.

since they reworked the way agents help the clients n entire feel of the store, I think customers r handled faster n more efficiently they apparently cannot help u with biz probs n greeter there did tell me I could still wait time was better n i did actually get good answers. I ve always felt one got more done with personal account n individual cell phone probs than on phone but then I had probs w cell itself but agents.do absolute best to get proper care

Wilbert, Ariana, and Christian are amazing. even though Ariana and Christian work at the call center I appreciate what they did to help me. I called AT&T in June 2016 to get a line taken off of my account and it wasnt taken off so I was paying about an extra $17 - $21 a month. Now its January 2017. Not only were they able to get the line taking off they compensate me for all the months that I was being overcharged. I really appreciate them.

ATTs service is terrible! the cell phone coverage is not reliable whatsoever!!! and the people, when you do finally get a hold of someone cant actually help you! for 8 months! i tried to have my ex taken off my account, it should never take that long!!!! theyre phone support people read from a script, which is so annoying when youre trying to sort a problem with your bill... the list goes on...

If I could give a minus I would -7 hours of being switched back and forth over a month, talked to at least 20 people including the store, managers, supervisors, 5 technicians later, disaster

I keep getting a call from the Chicago, Ill area code. Its suspicuous and I have not answered. I want the call to stop, but getting in touch with someone from AT&T is very problematic.
