The customer service was great, I would have given them 5 stars but i was going to purchase a phone for my husband when my credit card was first scanned they was having some issues, so after a couple times of the rep. Trying to get the system to work they decided to go to a different register/computer my husband called and said that he didnt need the phone so i told them never mind and i was told that the charge/ sale was canceled i said ok and left the store, a couple of days later i was checking my card statement and found out that my credit card was charged anyway, when i called up to the store the rep. answered the phone and as i am trying to tell him what happened he kept saying that he barely hear me so i turned off bluetooth and was talking on my headset he started messing with register/computer i asked him if he could hear me now he said a little better and then hung up.

If youre in Federal Way and need a Verizon store go, no run to Verizon wireless Premium retailer located in SeaTac Village. Their customer service is outstanding. No problem is too big or small for them. Your satisfaction is their #1 concern. We came in with such a messy situation and they took their time to resolve it. Cant say that about the corporate store we went to or the diamond franchise, both just blamed the other. This store steps up to resolve your problems. Will always be referring people here.

Upon arrival, the Verizon staff was amazing, they greeted me with a warm welcome and offered water or coffee. The person who helped me was LaCrystal, she seen me right away about a problem with my phone and tablet, after helping the pervious customer. When I didnt understand something she made sure to clarify the subject, I dont know how much I can stress how great their customer service was !!! Plus my problems were FIXXXXEEEEDDD :) If I could give it a ten out of ten I would.

I went to the Federal Way Store to see if I can get a new tablet. I was really pleased with the staff there as they were knowledgeable and LaCrystal guided me through the process. I felt very comfortable in the store and I felt like LaCrystal was for me and answered every question I had. They performed a free account analysis and noticed I was still on a old plan and was paying too much. I recommend this store to everybody who needs wireless service.

Terrible! I honestly can not understand why there are so many good reviews. I came here to maybe start a phone line for my family but they are nothing but pushy scammers. It makes me really wonder if they ask their friends and family members to write good reviews for them. I usually do not write reviews but I feel terrible that these people are taking advantage of these innocent people.

SCAMMERS! They have a reputation of scamming customers especially those that do not speak the language well. Whether you speak English or not, please stay away from them. It is actually an unfortunate that they are ruining Verizons reputation. If you can, go check out big corporate stores. They certainly have a much better management team.

Store is wonderful to work with. The best customer service I have ever seen. Every rep has helped me at this point and I am very thankful they are always so patient with me. I had such a bad experience at this place. I am so frustrated that I can not leave a negative star here. They are only about the money and will not hesitate to lie to customers to make sales. Please do yourselves a favor and go to a "real" corporate Verizon store for better experience.

I went to the store to ask some questions about my phone also to get a contacts switched over. The other store I went to said that stores cant transfer any more. The people at your store helped me out and was ABLE to transfer my contacts! They went above and beyond for me.
