Dear Mr.Smith first off I really dont appreciate that harrasment I received on the phone when this whole situation happen nor the fact that you have written complete non sence and again you have harrassed me. You called in to tmobile a few days after purchasing your device and asked me to send you another receipt by faxing it. I told you I really wish I could but for security reason I cant release any information nor send information with out verifying the customer. In store we do not have power to verify customers over the phone but are customer care could. I then told you that I will give you the number to customer care and they can help you with all your needs. But since your such a hard headed man and couldnt understand that and couldnt simply call customer care you then began to harass me. There was nothing more I could of done. I did my job and I did it correctly. I will not risk my job for nonsence like your situation. Well thanks for calling me out. Now that youll just look like a ignorant hard headed man. Have a good one!

I came in a purchased a new replacement Blackberry $489.36 from this store. I lost the reciept and called an politley asked for a copy to be emailed or faxed to me. They said it was against their policy and it was security risk. What load of crap! They told me I would have drive there and get it. They are a technology company!!!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding! If you call the smallest lowliest restaurant on the planet and ask for a reciept to be faxed to you they will happily do it. I will NEVER buy another TMobile device in my lifetime. And to Mr. Trevor Wright, you are inconsequential mindless toad.

Ill have to check my most recent PF Changs receipt to see if there are any account or phone numbers (of mine) that could have significantly negative effects to my credit if fallen into the wrong hands. Thats why he isnt able to fax or email you a receipt "like any restaurant would..." It is for your protection. Sorry for the inconvenience of driving back to the store because you lost your receipt.

They have made things smooth as possible for me!, The relationship built with T-Mobile has really been through its employees. This store is a excellent example on how costumer service and sales should be approached great job keep it up!
