Bought a brand new phone yesterday, was in a rush with my kids and was described how to set it up. Got home set it up and realized it was defective. I thought no problem its been less than 24 hours Ill go exchange it. Nope they refused to exchange an undamaged brand new phone less than 12 hours later. So much for the "Metro promise" they told me they could do a refurbish and have it shipped to the store. I would have to wait for this phone to come in to have a phone. Or I could buy one at full price. Never going back and for anyone else never go to this store or the others on meridian since they are all owned by the same person.

Very disappointed with the service at this location :( I have been a loyal customer for years with metropcs. My entire family has metro and i always had great experience at this location,but just this last time i came in, a girl with red hair(didnt have a chance to see or ask her name) seemed like she didnt wanted to work.I was trying to upgrade a phone but when i have asked her couple questions she seemed like she had to look at the price card to answer my questions. She wasnt knowledgeable about the phone specs and she seemed like she did not wanted to make the sale.I DONT recommend getting help from her.

Customer service sucks. The girl that helped me doesnt really know what shes doing. She looks Hispanic. I tried to get my service activated but she took forever to tell me that their system was down. She doesnt know how to open the back of my phone and dont know how to put my battery back. I really dont understand how some people get their job. I was very patient with her but she wasnt helping at all. They need more training.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!I went to the store to find out about Metro and i have asked for some info to maybe start service with Metro,but the rep i think her name was Briana? seemed like she did not wanted to help me and she just had an attitude that made me feel really uncomfortable. I chose to go to another metropcs store to get some info because i did feel like i wasnt welcomed at this store.

young lady at the metropcs was grate she walked over the counter and greeted me made me feel welcomed gave me a grate deal and best of all didnt have to order my case online !
