Where do I start. This store is awesome. The staff here really know their stuff! Anytime I want a new phone I always come here because the employees always take great care of me . They really care that their customers always leave satisfied they have a really wonderful customer service. This is a one stop store meaning not only is it a cell phone store but you can also pay youre utility bills here after working all day being tired to stop and make payments I always come here and pay all my bills at once. The owner of the store is always giving back to the Richmond Community which is pretty awesome in my book . Love this place!

This Metro PCS rocks ! Katherine waited on me today. Shes super smart and has an incredible knowledge of the phones and best calling plan. The short line moved fast and when a new customer came in, Katherine said , "Welcome, well be right with you." This is the place to go to get fast competent service, buy money orders, pay bills or send Western Union. So whatever they pay Katherine, they should double it, shes that good! And in case I forgot, This Metro PCS rocks. !

Honestly I didnt think good service and honest sales reps still exist until I went to this store . I came in on Saturday to buy my daughter a phone and I walked out with 4 lines for my family . 4 lines for $100 and taxes included and and free quality phones with one year warranty . Thank you to a great Mangement that still preaches cuostmers are always right and priority . Thumbs up

This is my first time visiting this location , And by far the best Metro PCS ! Excellent customer service. Came in Today because I was having trouble with my phone a young man named Jonathan gladly helped me and answered every question I had also walked out with a nice speaker for a great price !! Its very recommended to visit this Location , GREAT TEAM !!!!!

It was wonderful how many kids entered inside MetroPCS and left with a smile that day, Unlimited wireless on 12800 San Pablo ave hosted a picture with santa invent in witch kids off all ages came to celebrate this wonderful , this establishment has a wonderful team that help you and try to find a solution to any problem you have !
