I have visited this store many times and each time I received excellent customer service! First, I came to compare plans. After that, when I was convinced T-Mobile had the best plan for my family and me, I made the switch and signed on with them. BUT my iPhone was still locked [even thought I was told by AT&T and Apple I was unlocked]. T-Mobile gave me a loaner phone at no charge. The unlock process took over a month to resolve. Yes, it was very frustrating [which I won’t go into]. Each time I had a bad day, T-Mobile made it better. They were sensitive to what I was going through [perhaps they went through the same thing] and each time they accommodated me. They never took the attitude, “that’s your problem!” Not only was the manager helpful but each employee regardless of who it was. I am now referring friends to T-Mobile in Emeryville :) Thank you T-Mobile!!!

I walked in right before closing, they greeted me right away even though all reps were busy with customers. The place looked great. I got my new iPhone and the experience was smooth and professional. I was never rushed and not pressure sold anything. Will be a store of choice for me.

Lance is super helpful and he has been there over two years now. I also met a regional manager there one time and he was extremely grateful for feedback and ideas. All other carriers should learn from their business model.

If You have to use this store, avoid Manager Langston Higbee.. Cocky, reactive, has problems dealing with humans. Could be good for farm, dealing with animals.
