I went to MetroPCS in Albany, CA and clearly stated to the floor person what I needed. When I asked the girl if she understood what I wanted she repeated back what I had asked for which made me feel she could handle my business request. Wrong ! These girls here do not even speak a intelligible English yet they all are natives to the surrounding couple of towns and supposedly have been trained by MetroPCS and have graduated at least through tenth grade.

I purchased a phone for these guys (Metropcs Albany, CA) within a year ago. The phone stopped working so I brought the phone back. " This phone is almost four years old" we dont repair phones at all. There is nothing that I can do for you, you are screwed. The guy sold me a phone that was old stock."you are going to have to purchase a brand new phone." The guy was a jerk,and should be fired for the way he treats his customers.

The worst service I ever had in Metro PCS because I do not speak English, I was waiting to speak to an attendant named Paula for 20 minutes and when it was my turn she just got up and went to eat, there was another person in the store who spoke Spanish Who refused to speak to us. I was later served by Elizabeth who did her job. I advise you to better train your employees so they will not frustrate your customers any more.
