Very rude. I dont know the entire staff here, but one girl (black, long-ish hair) is extremely rude, impatient, and dismissive. She had 0 respect and no inclination to listen. My experience with her was terrible. I was friendly until probably half way into our conversation, at which point I told her the above (somewhat more politely). She changed very little. She was even rude to her co-worker. Unreal. All I needed was some help on my iPad data plan. Her co-worker, (male, tall, black, broad shoulders) seemed awesome. He appeared to be polite and very helpful to customers. The visit took place 10/12/2016

Ive been in this T-Mobile twice, and both times were stellar experiences. This most recent one, however, was easily an example of exemplary customer service. Period. Not of customer service "at T-Mobile", I mean to say of the art and science OF customer service. The employee who helped me is a young man named Anwer and he is the reason this T-Mobile is MY T-Mobile.

It was OK when I was signing up...just like any sales hub. After I cancelled my service, the customers service dropped off completely. Dont come here if youre assessing T-mobile for the first free 14 days...cancelling WILL become a huge hassle. You have been warned...

They were not able to activate a line for me when I even paid a deposit, so they opened another account for me, It was all messed up because I wasnt able to use the phone, I had to go to my old store in Oakland and they fixed it for me!

She lie about the trade in your old phone to the iphone 7 or 7plus. She tell me only trade in iphone 6, plus, se and Samsung galaxy 6, 6s, edge or note. I find out online at tmobile black Friday app you trade different phone too.
