The manager Jeffrey, (Jeff, as hes quick to say), IS IT. And I.T. is it. And he knows his______. Nice guy too...runs the show well for T Mob, theyre lucky. Good show Tmobile...u may get a 15year Verizonite outta tha deal!! I just hope the rest of your customer service is the same standard of excellence, because thats the most major factor: How they are at working with us client base. After waiting a half hour while the two employees attempted to fix a womans computer, I ended up walking out. I wasnt even acknowledged until 15 minutes in, and then it was just "Ill be with you in a moment sir" followed by another 15 minutes of both employees staring blankly at the womans laptop. Buying a phone isnt rocket surgery, damn.

Came in on second day of opening just to browse around. Workers fighting over to see who come and offer me their service. Pressure to buy and buy more is their main selling point. All I wanted was SIM card for traveling. Walk away empty handed not wanting to return any time soon.

Wasnt a good experience by any means. BTW: put T-Mobile the last on your list of providers. In a nutshell, the phone service doesnt work and the internet service the same. Youre paying a lot for 1-star quality.

Helpful whether or not a sale is made. Completely honest. Jeff is a *great* store mgr. My Galaxy S3 was just stolen and Im going to the Broadway T-Mobile store to replace it.
