I am LIVID over the service I have received from this particular branch of Verizon. My husband and I went in on Sept. 20th, which was launch day for the iPhone 5s, to get new phones and set up service with the company. We had called in previously and we were led on by an associate called "Yev" who said we would have an "appointment" with him at 9am, but who never actually helped us or honored the "appointment" he had set up with us. Instead we stood in line since he said he would "be right out to help us", with us calling him and him calling us for updates, but with him never actually following through or setting aside the color phones we requested, which was something he ASKED us for, not something we tried to request, even though he said he had set them aside. He finally told us that he had been sent to another location to get something, and to just have someone else help us, since we were near the front of the line at that point. We were then helped by another female associate, possibly by the name of Danielle. At this point we find out there is only one color left. If we had known that we would have needed to stand in line to get what we wanted, we would have arrived earlier, but since we had been told we had an "appointment" we didnt get there early enough to be first in line. We were told by the female associate, that they would set up automatic bill pay for us, set up a military discount since my husband is active duty Air Force, that would take off a monthly percentage, and also take off the activation fees, but only after their systems returned to normal since the inflow of new customers was overloading the system. That was fine, we could understand that. But what I dont understand is why not only were the phone services never turned on that day, even after our multiple attempts at calling, but why the following morning WE finally had to call AGAIN, even though wed been told the night before that everyone would be set up by the following day. And why automatic bill pay, and the discounts were never set up at all. What bothers me the most is that we left personal information with them for the military discount and since there was never anything done with that information, I have to wonder what became of it. I will NEVER again go to this store for service, and quite honestly had better start getting some better customer service in general from this company or I will be leaving.

I have been a Verizon customer since they became Verizon. Since they have moved into the new store in the south hill mall I think they left behind there customer service at the old store. The store looks very nice inside, but to find a customer service rep that is not rude is few and far between. I understand that we all have our bad days, but since they have changed stores the customer service reps act like they are put out to help or answer any questions. I have been in there a couple of times looking for new phones and have not had luck. Yesterday I had called ahead to see if they had the product I was looking for. The lady I talked to on the phone said they had some so I was there within 10 min. The gentlemen that greeted me was actually nice. I told him what I was in for he said there would be a little wait and then they could get that for me. so I waited 25 minutes, not a big deal. The lady that came to help me (N) looked pissed. She acted like she was so put out by my questions. Hey I am sorry if your having a bad day but dont treat me like I am the one that caused it. I asked her for the phones I was in there for and she went to go get them. About 10 minutes goes by and she comes back out and says they are all out of the "stupid" phones I was in there for. I was like WOW thats nice. I just wasted 45 minutes of my time to be treated like crap. If you hate your job so much that you treat customers like that find a new job! you dont belong in customer service. That was the first time I actually thought about going some were else for my cell phone service. Go to Best Buy or call in if you want some customer service. Dont waste your time with this store!

Ive gone into this location 3 times now to expand my plan into a family plan and to buy a new phone case. Each time ive been greeted and told that it would be a few minutes before i could get help but shouldnt be longer than 10 minutes. The first two times i walked out after 45 min without recieving any help and this last time i only waited 30 min. During each visit the "greeter" is always standing around not doing a thing while it appears that the employees are trying to see who can hide in the back the longest. Ive watched 4 employees (what seemed like their whole floor staff) go into the back on multiple occasions while they had a packed store. I was originally going in here to tranfer my fiancé from t-mobile to verizon and instead both of us will be moving over to sprint as soon as my contract is down enough for sprint to buy me out. Verizon has always had higher prices but their network USED to be better enough than the rests to justify those prices. Not any more. This locations constant sub par customer service was the final straw

I had an issue with my phone plan and my tablet. I came in to this store to get it fixed. Unfortunately, they were absolutely no help with either issue. I was told they didnt stock the battery charger I was looking for by THE MANAGER, but later found out they did and he just didnt bother to look. When I went to ask about the phone plan issue he told me I had to wait until it was my turn. I had already been in line and it was my turn, but he decided I was done apparently when he walked away without asking if I needed anymore help. Overall he was a rude idiot, but I cant say I am surprised. I have had many issues with this and other Verizon store employees and this is just one of the many reasons why I decided to end my service with them and go to Sprint. Good luck getting any help here.

Store is a waste of time went in and ordered my new galaxy S8 early and it showed up to my house the day it was supposed. But unfortunately thats not the end of the story. There was a promotion that was out but they needed to change my plan 1st to get the promotion price. Because they did not do that I got my phone and went in to trade my old phone in for the promotion but the rep said sorry that promotion ended yesterday. The manager said the same thing. Needless to say I returned the phone and I will not be doing business with that Verizon store ever again. I advise you to do the same! Close to leaving Verizon all together! This crap is getting old!
