I came to this place based on good reviews and convenient location. My wifes laptop was damaged by water and battery stopped charging when plugged in. First of all they didnt have a charger for my macbook air and it was a bit hard to reproduce the issue but finally theyve figured out what was wrong and guessed that its the problem with some module that can be replaced for 125$. I was uncertain that it will actually fix the problem because there was no diagnostics done and it looked like pure guess thats why Ive asked them if they guarantee result and that they wont charge anything from me if it wont work. They didnt have part in stock so they had to order it (+4 days of waiting). Okay. Waited. Then it appeared that part that arrived was for different mac model. Another delay here. Then finally when part was replaced it didnt fix original issue but I was charged $50 for labor despite that weve agreed initially that no results=no payment. In the end I have zero results after 3 visits and 50$ spent. Very disappointed.

Disclaimer: This review is about replacing the battery in a Nexus 6P (Android) phone, not an iDevice. It took a week and a half for them to get the battery in after I was told that it would "hopefully" take 3 days. I was warned it might take an extra week if it didnt make the next shipment though. Once the battery arrived, I took my phone into the shop and walked around outside for 45 minutes. When I got back, I was told they needed to order an additional part which took another week to arrive. So it was about 3 weeks after I first called before I got my battery replaced. So why 5 stars? I wasnt in a big hurry, and they were courteous. I assume that they have all the necessary parts in stock already if youre bringing in an iPhone. The price was right, and they didnt charge me extra for the additional part. The repair went flawlessly, so overall Im a very happy customer.

I stopped in iRepair because several keys on my Macbook Air had come off. I talked to Kyle who recommended I purchase them on-line (I had already found them on-line before I spoke with him) as it would be just as quick for me to order as him. When I wasnt sure how to put the keys on after they came in, he helped me do that as well. He could have just as easily sold me a new $150 keyboard if he wanted to. He was friendly, professional and helpful and didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. And if I needed to get a new keyboard, this is where Id go! Thanks for the great service!

Super stoked! Reserved an appointment immediately online to repair my cracked iPhone 4 screen. Great location downtown Kirkland with prime parking right in front of business. Walked in to a happy costumer service smile and assisted me even before my appointed time. Said my phone would be fixed in 30 minutes and to enjoy the beautiful, sunny day while I wait. Returned with a new screen and described how he fixed it. Promised a 90 day warranty and I left a happy iPhone owner! Thanks Kirkland iRepair!

Place just opened in June 2014! Highly Recommend! Cracked my iPhone 5s screen and considered sending it away to Apple for repair until I found this place! Made an appointment online in 30 seconds. Took my phone in and had it repaired within 20 minutes for $120. Great customer service (and FAR cheaper then Apples repair cost of $270. Best part is that you dont have to send your phone away for a WEEK to get it repaired. Not sure how anyone could go a week without their smartphone in todays world.

This guy is really awesome . I was really worried that I have to spend 300 bucks for repairing my Iphone 6 power button issue in Genius Bar. I googled and found Kirkland iRepair website and fixed an appointment , he just took 5 mins, finished the work with absolute precise and the my Iphone is working perfectly . Eric is awesome!! He is also really good at repairing iPhones. My screen popped out and he repaired really quick (in time before that 30 minutes curb parking expired). Fast, friendly, and VERY affordable! I wasnt expecting the "fixing my phone experience" to be very pleasant, but it was! I was in and out in less than an hour and under $100. They were incredibly friendly and professional and, even if you do have to wait, they have a waiting area with Netflix. Will be returning for sure and will highly recommend

You know whats a good way to earn a one star review? Have a client set up an appointment for 10 AM when you open and then not show up! I waited outside in the cold with my 2 year old from 9:50-10:25AM and no one even showed up to open the store. I called and left messages and Ive yet to get a call back. Dont waste your time here!

Owner can often be found in the shop working on your phone. Happy with my repair. Over a month and still looks like it was brand new from the factory! *recommend!

This company is GREAT! My iphone 5 screen cracked, so I made an appointment online (which was easy!), and I was in and out with a new affordable screen within less then 30 minutes. The owner of the store is very friendly and helpful. Great experience and didnt need to spend an arm and a leg!

worst and worst ever. he cheated me. He broken my my iPhone6 bettery connector and pretended not to know. And He said he couldnt repair it. So, I have to go to another shop and should replace not only what I should but also bettery. It really makes me angry. I hope he gets car accident.

Spent months with a charging port that wouldnt keep a chord with out wiggling the chord. I made an appointment to have it replaced. Within two seconds he had swiped out lint. Doh! No charge. Honest people! So I bought a new charging plug.
