Most outstanding customer service experience in my 29 years of life, hands down. Jae went FAR beyond the call of duty to make sure my family was well taken care of, staying 20 mins after his closing shift to do so. My Droid Turbo had previously been broken, and earlier that day my faincees Galaxy S6 randomly ceased to function, and we were flying out of SEATAC the next morning and needed 2 new Google Pixels desperately so that we could communicate with our ride upon reaching our destination. We had recently placed a Verizon order through Best Buy that apparently was not properly canceled, and Jae spent nearly 4 hours on the phone with Best Buy & Verizon resolving the matter so that we could purchase & place the new phones onto our Verizon account, all the while tolerating our 8-month old daughters fits of discomfort and my 3-4 short absences to go change her diaper. If the owner is reading this, know that you have an invaluable employee in Jae, and if I lived in the area I would be a loyal customer for life. Not as a customer, but man to man, thank you for going above & beyond to take care of my family Jae. I only regret that this review is my only means of repaying you. P.S. In addition, Jaes technical knowledge is the most competent Ive ever encountered at a wireless retailer. Strictly for perspective, this is all coming from a man who spent 6 years in the U.S. Army as a Satellite Communications Team Chief, 3 yrs as Lead Technician & Tech Trainer for a successful mobile locksmith company, and 3 years as a Freight Processing Warehouse Supervisor.

The first time I went to Verizon. I was under the impression that I was going to finance a phone for my phone plan. Turns out that the guy changed the contract just before I signed to have it as a phone rental. So I have to pay $40 extra a month for my rented phone for two years. Tried to fix it and they said I was bound by contract and tough luck. Not only that, that same phone blew up in Vegas and I had to order a new one. I guess I left the old phone in the hotel cause someone found it and sent it to me two months later. Verizon charged me $200 for the device and said it will be taken off when they get the phone. Well I sent it and now they refuse to take the charge off. I dont understand how thats legal. On top of that, the auto payment stopped working and I didnt know, without warning, today they turned off my phone that I use for work. That phone is how I make my money. Now Im constantly being thrown between customer care and financial services going over the same dialogue over and over and over and over. They created it to be a loop to drive people nuts and give up. They wont reactivate my account so that I can make money to pay for the account thats over due. Now I have to go start a new phone plan with a different service so I can pay that bill and then get charged for cancelling my contract. This company will scam you and screw you over first chance you get. And being a business owner does nothing when It comes to this company. I cant believe I even trusted this company.

So I actually live closer to the Totem lake location, but my first visit there was my last. I just had a question about my charger since so now have the s8 plus. I waited forever, they didnt acknowledge the fact I was there by saying at least a "Be right with you". Waited like 30 minutes. Just for a yes or no question. But no aknowledgment really drives me insane. This Verizon is actually right by my work, didnt know that at first. Went there on a lunch break and Sheyanna was prompt when handling my screen protector. It shattered and she was welcoming as if it wasnt my fault and promptly replaced it. They werent too busy, but a friendly greeting really goes a long away, as well with no accusations of how my screen cover cracked. So convenient that its by my work. I plan on going here not just on location, but customer service.

I went into the Verizon store in downtown Kirkland to activate an iPhone 6s with a cracked screen for my son to use. I hadn’t planned on repairing the screen, having been told (twice) by the iPhone repair shop down the street that the repair would cost several hundred dollars. However, the assistant store manager at Verizon, Faisal Malik, pointed out to me that the iPhone screen protector I had originally purchased with the phone was cracked, not the actual iPhone screen itself. Within fifteen minutes, the phone was activated with a screen looking as-good-as-new – all for a tiny fraction of the cost I had feared. Bottom line, it was a great experience on multiple levels. Words cant explain how happy I am with service I received. I had several issues that I needed help with and they took care of me to the fullest extent. I was able to get a phone and a new iPad. Not only will I save on my bill but Im getting back a few hundred bucks too and got the iPad haha! I will mos def be back here anytime I need help or services. Carlos Chavez the store manager was amazing! I came in as he should have been getting ready to go home, but he stayed and helped me to get my new iPhone 7 Plus. I was very impressed with his customer service and his overall knowledge. He is the definition of customer service! I recommend this location to anyone who appreciates great customer service. The customer service went above and beyond. Extremely helpful,patient and really cared that I had all of my questions answered prior to my purchases. The gentleman that assisted me was Faisal Malik, and he genuinely understands the art of true customer service. Technology can be difficult to navigate ,but today my experience was awesome. I felt like I was misled at this place. I didnt realize that this is not an official Verizon store, just a contract provider. So I was charged activation fees at this store in addition to the ones Verizon charges. $120 of activation fees in total. This point was not clearly communicated during the process of the sale. Would not recommend.

I came in with a broken screen on my phone to see if I could get it replaced. I was able to get a new Samsung smart phone and a tablet without increasing my monthly bill. Very happy to stumble across this store because the manager and the sales people were very knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you again!!

I live in Maple Valley and I really do not mind coming to this store in particular! Customer service is amazing here and Sheyanna really helped me out to figure out how to get a tablet on my account without breaking the bank! I highly recommend this store to anyone that needs to visit a Verizon store!
