These guys dont seem to have their intentions right. I got my wifes Lumia 920 screen repaired few weeks ago. To start with they left a smudge inside the screen and upon pointing it at the time of collecting my phone, they mentioned itll take about 45 more mins to fix it. I decided to come later. In the meantime, because of my busy work schedule I couldnt go there for some time but talked to them and made sure I returned within the warranty period. During this time, just after few days of usage and for some reason unknown to my wife a small part of the top edge of the screen near the speaker got crushed into the phone. Apparently the glass rests on something and the thin glass above the speaker was not set properly and/or probably they used some low quality screen replacement. I asked them what did they use and they said the screen quality was fine and its probably because the phone was dropped (when the lady at the counter claimed they use OEM parts, she was promptly hushed by her colleague). Anyhow I asked them to simply remove the smudge which they had introduced earlier and had promised to fix. Now the guy said its just a 15mins thing (remember it was 45mins earlier) but since there is a chip the screen may get damaged further at that point. I guess the idea was to discourage me from getting it fixed again like earlier and hope I wont take them up on their offer of fixing it, which by the way nearly happened as well. After some back and forth, he took it and returned in six minutes claiming he had cleaned it but soon found himself that he had smudged it even more. I sent him back and this time while he cleared the smudge he did something even worse. The phones screen now had one big line near the left edge running from top to bottom. When i pointed that out and requested him to fix it properly - he said that hes wasted a whole lot of his day already and he wont fix it anymore and probably this pixellation problem was there from before, as if one wouldnt have noticed it By then I had had enough. I wished them good luck and left the place with a phone having a poor quality, chipped screen with pixellation issues and wondering what the world has come to.

Use caution and do research before you pay someone to work on your phone. I requested a quote from iGSM via e-mail, and they quoted me $250 to repair my cracked screen. They claimed that the LCD and digitizer needed to be replaced (the LCD is the underlying part that displays the imagery on the screen, and the digitizer is the glass layer on top that reads your touches.) I did some research and learned that, with my model of phone, if only the top layer of glass (the digitizer) is cracked, then only that specific piece needs to be replaced. A replacement OEM digitizer actually only costs $55 from the major online replacement parts retailer. I ordered one and was able to do the repair myself, which saved me about $200 from the iGSM quoted price. (Based on the parts prices I was quoted, it looks like iGSM may get their parts from the same website that I got mine.) Now, replacing the LCD and digitizer as iGSM wanted to do would have also fixed my screen, but it would have cost me a lot more just to replace an LCD that is functioning perfectly. I do understand that iGSM may simply opt to not do digitizer-only replacements, but even so, I would have appreciated if they had given me more options or explained the repair work better than simply saying that it is "required" to replace the LCD, because that is not true.

Spent 3 days at this place back and forth having them repair faulty products only to have the The owner who is a manipulator and a Liar and has every defense in the world as to how it is not his problem and will try and convince you when there parts fail that it is your fault. The screen they repaired the day before went faulty and he tried to tell me i dropped it and broke it. Then the battery that they replaced two months prior started over heating and dying and he said just turn of location services and that will fix it laughing out loud. furthermore his wife co-worker will join in to gaslight the problem and tag team you to make you feel like you are at fault when in fact there service and parts are . The owners who replaced the screen the day before it went bad within hours of replacement wouldnt even warranty the screen and said i would have to pay labor then tries to tell me the $120 Im paying for the screen they only make $40 laughing out loud. Newsflash idiot the Screens for the iPhone they buy to replace your phone only cost a few bucks and they make hand over first on these. Stay away from these con artists at all costs and get a warranty next time on your phone. I know I will.

The LCD and digitizer on my HTC Sensation were cracked to bits. I called iGSM Wireless - they were the cheapest in a 25 mile radius and they had me scheduled in a day. Because of a work conflict, I could not make the appointment. They painlessly rescheduled and had my phone finished the following day. As previously noted, they were a little behind on communication. I originally paid a deposit over the phone because they had to order the parts and I was told I would receive a receipt via email. I was weary of the phone deposit and I never received a receipt via email - which really got me worrying. Nevertheless, I was pleasantly surprised when I received my repaired phone in pristine condition. Despite the lack of communication, I feel these guys did a great job. I received the service I paid for and I felt like they did/wouldve gone out of their way to help me (I called them every hour to ask if my phone was finished). They seem to be fairly busy and I can understand why they may have been a little lax on the communication. But, as theyve earned my trust, I wouldnt hesitate to use them in the future (without calling them every hour to find out if my phone is fixed).

Called, dropped my phone off, stretched it at yoga, and boom. Phone ready! (Within 2 hours) I truly feel the need to write a review about this company. As I googled "company to fix my apple laptop (the disc drive)", I remembered the quick and efficient business that fixed my iPhone screen. Let alone, sold me a badass OtterBox that hasnt let me down. Im eager to get this laptop fixed to burn these Christmas CDs. When I picked up my fixed phone screen, a woman and her newborn had a dead car. She was waiting for her husband to get off work. Two employees offered to jump her car, and so did two customers. The thrill, community, and generosity this company and the customers put out is more than a phone. Its family, community, and a genuine understanding of relationships and safety. For real! Theyre smart, efficient, quick, dont mess around, and care! Could depend on person fixing phone, technician, but, this place cares. Missing my tech people out in a mountain town (I still call them to fix my own screen) and its really hard finding trustworthy, money-efficient, time-efficient people around a tech savvy town.
