Today November 16, 2015 I came to this establishment (Wire 4 Less) to have my iPhone 6 Plus screen replaced. I had a relatively small crack on the side of my screen but being that I have a toddler that always has my phone I decided to come here and get it replaced. I dropped off my phone and received a call that it was ready for pickup about 35minutes after drop off. I came back to the establishment to see, YES my screen has been replaced BUT now its not working. The touch response didnt work, I couldnt unlock my phone... it simply didnt work!! He informed me that he has another screen he could put on but its black I declined, he told me he could put my original screen back on my phone. I asked the employee to put my original screen back on. I left again and returned an hour later to find my phone still broken, he put my original screen back on, my screen still didnt work, my camera was scratched, there were lines all over the screen!! I asked the employee what happened to my phone and he lied and said, "you brought me your phone in that condition!" Im sure he was trying to cover his tracks because he had potential customers in the lobby... he and I know my phone was not given to him in that condition!! I couldnt believe my ears. I sat in my car for a few minutes and contemplated of calling the police but i just took this as a lesson learned. Dont always go to the cheapest one around, truly read up on the establishment your about to take your personal items to. I stopped a few future customers that i saw walking towards the door to get there phone fixed as well and told them my unfortunate experience with Wire 4 LESS! A dishonest establishment cost me $200 for an insurance claim that I should have done in the first place! Hope this helps!

If youre ever in the unfortunate spot where you need to have your cell phone fixed, or need a new one and dont want to pay the full retail from your carrier, this is the place! Super quick service, great prices and the guys working there are super friendly and knowledgeable. Ive taken 2 of my phones here and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Even if youre not in the general area, (Everett Mall Way), its worth the trip! P.S. As far as the couple negative reviews go, these guys fix cell phones, not perform miracles! If the repair didnt fix it correctly, its safe to assume your phone was beyond repair, and yet they fixed it to the point that it still worked. To the reviewer stating that "cash only" policies should be a "red flag", theres nothing shady about a small business wanting to save money for themselves, as well as the customer, for not accepting bank cards. If you judge the quality of business or service by that, its your problem, not theirs, and youre attitude is better served at another place of business. Also, in no way am I affiliated with Wireless 4 Less, its just annoying when people leave a bad reviews due to their issues, and not things the said reviewed business can control

Went in with a cracked screen and did an awesome job replacing it and looking brand new! Fast forward five months later and the screen has popped off twice! The first time I cracked my screen so I bought the replacement screen and a screen cover to protect it even more and take all precautions. And after a month and a half the screen was popping up. So I went back to get it fixed but did not buy the screen protector wondering if maybe it was too much for the glue to stay. Couple months later my screen is popping up again so I went in hoping they would fix it since its a reaccuring problem. They wanted me to buy another screen to replace it! So unless you want to keep investing on a new screen every two months to get a quick cheap fix, I would strongly recommend you go somewhere else where they can guarantee their work on the first screen otherwise you might as well buy a new phone and you will end up spending the same amount you will at this business with their poor work that will keep coming unglued. I went to cell phone repair and they fixed my screen and guarantee the work for the life of the phone! This place only guarantees their work for 30 days!

Great experience and service, got my screen changed in less than 15 minutes so they obviously know what theyre doing. Phone had a screen completely destroyed so I couldnt even access or use it, but they changed it and it works and looks perfect again. Cost less than replacing my phone with something new (or even a new version of my phone) and it avoided the hassle doing so, plus my phone is now not even serviceable by Samsung (galaxy s4) so money well spent! Very happy! Just please note: like the signs in the store say they are a CASH ONLY business so be prepared to have a little bit of money with you to pay for your phone being fixed to avoid any hassle!

I was slightly hesitant at first due to mixed reviews I found online, but had no problems at all. I took my Galaxy S4 with broken glass and bent frame. The guy said itd be $90 to replace both parts which was the expected price. I pulled and kept my SIM and SD cards, left for 30 minutes and when I came back it was ready to go. Everything looks and works like new. No more sliced finger while swiping on my phone. Great store and I will use them again for the inevitable repairs Ill need down the road after a few more drops.

Worse place to get your phone fix .They told me 2hours to get it fix.They Messed up my phone, they have to get new part so i gave them three days. Came back on the third day to pick it. My phone is in a worse condition. I had a long argument with them about how bad the job was and they tried to denied it. I wouldnt recommend getting your phone fix here or any other services. Ps my phone from t mobile after they fix is turning to at&t, i have to come back again to fixed. My phone cant even use it anymore.

I broke my iPhone 6. I took my phone to the Apple Store. They didnt fix my phone because it was bent and my warranty was expired. I looked online and found Wire4Less. They fixed my screen for only a $90 and took only 40 minutes and they made my phone look like new again. The bend was gone and everything! I also got discounts on all accessories when I got my phone repaired!! They put a glass protection on my screen to prevent my screen from shattering in the future! I strongly recommend money well spent !

Literally, the worst place to get your phone repaired. I brought my phone in to get the cracked screen replaced, and yes they did replace it. But when I received the phone it was in wrose condition. The screen had looked like as if it was about to fall out and the frame was stretched and dented. I complained just to receive feedbacks like "Your phone was already that broken.", "That screen isnt supposed to be completely flushed." (Which were all lies) So definitely if you go... Its at youre own risk.
