This is the second time I have gone into this location to resolve an issue. Hearing their commercials all over the radio about how they carry every battery possible ( which is the impression Im sure they want to give out even if that doesnt seem realistic). The first time was to get a replacement battery for an Acer Laptop, only to be told they dont carry it and cant order it. So there was a few hours of my day gone. Today I went in after the USB charge port on my Droid Turbo 2 stopped working. On their website, and plastered all over their windows were signs saying how they can fix screens, ports etc, etc. Nowhere was listed any kind of exclusionary list or addendum stating there were exceptions to the repairs they can do. If it says you can fix USB ports on phones, its generally assumed that you can fix any USB ports on a phone. Once again I was told they cant help me. So again I have wasted enough hours of my time, gas, and expectations on this extraordinarily useless and lying company. I will passionately recommended to anyone that is looking to them for services to look elsewhere.

The night before I placed an online order for a battery for a tv remote for in person pickup. I received an email the next morning that said the item was available and ready for pickup. Later that afternoon when I went in I was condsendingly asked "Do you know how to change that battery?, its tricky" (No its not, but I guess if you assume women are stupid...). Then he told the girl working with him that he hadnt filled that order yet (7 hours later). At which point he was then unable to find the battery, and said hed transfer one in from the Lynnwood store. I told him Id rather pick it up myself today. So he called the Lynnwood store and had them find the battery and put it aside for me. When he finished he asked me if I knew where the store in Lynnwood was along 41st St. I said yes and then ignored him and drove to the store on 196th St where the battery was waiting for me. Ill be using that store next time.

Ive been there twice and the customer service is great and fast. David has repaired two of my iPhones (I have kids). They were cheaper than my deductible from my service provider. Ive cancelled my monthly issuance with my provider because they saved me the hassle of sending my phone away and spending more. The repairs were done in a few hours, thanks David!!!! I appreciate supporting a local business that provides great service.

never again. See picture attached, employee at this store told me that my battery should be fine once charged. Terminal screws supplied by store wouldnt reach torque spec and shorted out terminal. Not covered by warranty. Store doesnt care and told me to charge the battery and continue using it in this condition.

I brought in my I-phone to replace a broken screen and also the old battery. Service was excellent and professional. Picked up headlight bulb for my car while I was there. The prices are great. Highly recommend batteries plus bulbs, I will certainly return anytime I need these products and services.

Great service! Called for a last minute iPhone battery replacement and the technician was willing to stay late to help fix not only my phone, but my my sisters as well. They were friendly and worked very quick to fix both phones. I highly recommend this location for your phone repairs.

My phone totally 100% crapped out due to a badly cracked screen and the wonderful staff fixed my phone with the quickness good as new for a super fair price. I hope I dont need to use their phone service anytime soon but if I do end up needing a new screen theyll be my first stop.

Do NOT take your phone here for a new screen!! We took our iPhone 5S in and paid over $100 to have it crack in 4 days from the top speaker to the side (without dropping it) then it completely shattered a week later. DONT WASTE YOUR $. There is not warranty for cracks.

Batteries and Bulbs is a great shop for parts and repair. Huge inventory and knowledgeable, polite folks. Had an older smartphone that needed repair. Shop found the problems, had the parts, repaired it device the same day. Highly recommended.

Wow - went there to get my key fob batter replaced and they wanted to charge me labor to pop open the back of the fob to get to the battery (5 seconds)! What a crock - good customer service would go a long way - wont go back!
