The people working at this store are completely incompetent and have a terrible attitude toward customers. This attitude comes all the way down from the top manager, ErikYamamoto, who cant respond to a customer complaint. Local customers should contact each other to consider legal action and recover fees based on breach of contract with the provider. In my case, I needed my phone activated and service added for international travel. I had purchased both of my phones there. First, the customer service member removed the sim card, but was so incompetent that she inserted it back into the phone incorrectly so that is would not function. How basic is this??? No focus...an attention span of a 3-year old? Of course this was discovered until I was already out of the country and found that I had no functioning service as I had gone into the store to set up! Can you imagine the problems. It took 2 days to reach Verizon with International calls to fix this. This is the SECOND time they failed to setup my International service. The whole time I was in the store the attitude was that as a customer I was just a bother to them. Clearly they could care less. Do yourself a huge favor, take your business to a store where the customer (you) is valued and they care about the business and dont give them a chance to mess with you also.

This Verizon store is near pathetic, The customer service is at its worst, The Manager named STAR is a Smart ass and needs to learn better customer service. I waited over a Hour. to be help, I made a comment that the store needs to have more help and her comment was" Ohh do we"I was at my limit after that comment. Id Fire Her Ass on the spot. the store needs to hire. more people, there is no reason to wait for a hour . Then to find out Verizon was going to charge me $10 a month for a tablet that they offered to us as part of my $100 in equipment that was part of our upgrade. There was no communication of the extra charges. So we decided to return the tablet. I called the store manager at the store, and I swear they are trained to be ass holes to the customer, talking down to the customer, agitating the situation, rubbing in my face that I was being charged $35 for restocking fee for the tablet return. From the yelling that I received and racist comments from this individual, I ask for his district manager name. He would not give me that info. And hung up twice. The customer service is the worst at this store. And all of the managers at this store should be fired.

We went in to the Verizon store yesterday looking to get an upgrade for my husbands phone. The guy checking people in was very friendly but he was the only verizon employee who we talked to or even looked at us. We had gone into Cartoys earlier but they didnt carry the phone my husband wanted so we went over to Verizon because their website had it so we assumed the store had it. They had 3 associates in the back and only 1 working the counter until 10 minutes after we arrived another associate came out onto the floor. We sat and waited for 30 minutes to be helped and then we got skipped. The associate helped a gentleman who had walked in at least 15 minutes after we did so we left and went across the street to Best Buy who had the phone we were looking for in stock and we were out of the store within 15 minutes of walking in. Too bad Verizon missed out on our money because their employees were too busy in the back goofing off. I will never go to this store again! I would rather drive out of my way to go to a different Verizon store than deal with these idiots again.

Greeted upon entering the store. Cheery, Happy staff. Nice clean store. Im very judgmental when it comes to customer service as I worked in that field for 20+ years. Im a long time customer who went in to upgrade my phone. I knew what I wanted when I went in...I phone 5s. I was assisted by "Mike" who was an awesome sales person!!!! He was very knowledgeable, worked with me on my plan to offer me the most for less. He is verrrrry patient, I traded in my old phone and he saved all my information on a memory card before returning it to factory setting. He showed me a cool phone case with an extra battery built into it for backup on my phone, which I purchased. All and all great over all experience and I would recommend Mike to everyone! FYI Verizon...hold onto this one...very valuable employee in my book!!!!

I had been a very happy Sprint customer for years and went into the SHORELINE Verizon and was treated horribly RUDE from 2 different phone reps, as was my daughter. I never wanted to go back!! My daughter convinced me to try the Lynnwood Verizon here and what a complete difference!! I was immediately greeted with a big friendly smile from the store manager "Zack" and a great rep "Sincerely" helped us from start to finish with such GREAT customer service and were so nice and friendly and skilled at what they do! I am so impressed!! People have left horrible reviews about the Shoreline store.....people please go the the Lynnwood location, I promise you its a completely different experience there for the better!! You will love the crew over in Lynnwood, especially the manager!! :))

I am not ever going to this store again and am reporting them to both Verizon and the BBB. Two times in the past year, two different salesman have promised credits on my account which never showed up. Plus, it was for products I didnt go into the store for. It was something that they sold me because it was a great deal and would save me money! It took numerous calls to Verizon to get what I was initially promised. Ive been to other Verizon stores and have also dealt with the online sales reps and have been absolutely beyond satisfied. The salesmen at this store are only after their commission. I have been a Verizon customer for more than 10 years, and this is no way to treat your loyal customers!

my office manager rushed in to get the business cell replaced when it failed yesterday. Instead of telling her that it was covered on insurance first they tried to sell her a smart phone for a extra $40 a month she said no I just need a phone that works they told her the cheapest option was $150 + $30 upgrade fee... $211 with a case etc he says ok sign here didnt bother telling her she was signing a new 2 year contract or telling her he put insurance on the new phone.. then to top it off he asked her to pay for the phone with her debit card instead of charging it to the company account When I went in the store and complained the manager told me that it was her fault for not knowing that it was insured

Went in today to get new phones after visiting another location the day before. Rachel was a ROCKSTAR and went out of her way to get me the best deal and the most bang for my buck! She gave me less than HALF the price the other store quoted me! I was SO pleased with her service and her level of knowledge on the phones. I asked a lot of questions all of which I got clear and concise answers to. She gave me a few options for savings and really catered to my personal wants and needs. She paid attention to what I was saying! Some employees in this store didnt seem happy to be there or engaged but I was SO satisfied with my service I cant help but call this place EXCELLENT!
