There isnt really anything positive I can say about this store Ive had multiple problems with it trying to set up an account. The employees were not informative and didnt tell me about so many things on my account that another tmobile store had to tell me and get it all fixed.

Worst Customer service ever! They reformatted my SD card after I said not to and lost many photo albums and 900 of my most cherished photos. Never even apologized! I cant even tell you how bad this experience was!

Awful store, employees know nothing and sell products to you they dont have. I was stuck with a tablet after being lied to about its functions, I used it 1 time. Will never go here again
