I went to see what my options were since my phone had broken and I didnt want the same phone again. I am not very tech savvy so once the agent got tired of my questions you could clearly tell he didnt want to further assist me. I got uncomfortable so I just asked help in transferring data over to another phone and he said since the screen wasnt working they couldnt assist me which is not true as I had been assisted with this before. So not only do they not provide a good customer experience but they also lie when they dont want to deal with you anymore. It wasnt like I was asking ridiculously stupid questions either. Ive always had an iphone so if Im asking you about the samsung camera picture quality it is a simple answer. 2nd Tmobile store to have a terrible experience with

I got a new phone but my simcard was the wrong size. I called customer service and they told me to go buy a new one from the store for around $10. It was 15 minutes to work but I needed my phone (would die without it!). I expected to wait and wait. But to my surprise I was attended to right after another customer 5 minutes time and the agent (Carlos I think) took care of it in less than 5 minutes time so I got my phone up and running with service in ten minutes and got to work on time. Ive considered Metro PCs or Sprint but because Ive had great customer service here compared to those other places Im sticking with these guys.

This T-Mobile has the worst customer service Javier answers the phone laughing and when I asked him a question about my phone he said he has no idea how to help me:/ WTF seriously he could have connected me the the right person but instead he just could not wait to hang up. I have a friend at the corporate office and I will be filing a complaint. Do yourself a favor and go to the mountain view store the service is much better. Also this is not my first time having a bad experience at the Redwood City store. Employees are uneducated and unprofessional.

For anything except a new account signup that gets them quick and easy revenue, the staff here is not polished, and not professional. Anything complicated, and they will actually stop helping you without saying a word to resolve your question, and go to another customer. Not a good customer service experience in this Tmobile Redwood City store.

They lied about my plan when I added another line to my account, which resulted in me losing the data plan I had for over 3 years. Either a disturbing lack of knowledge, or a blatant misrepresentation by the employee. Either way, this lie will cost me $35/mo. Unless tmobile corporate is able to fix it.
