This is my first google review and Im writing this because Im definitely not happy. Ive been to several T-mobile stores and they always have a greeter (or at least somebody who acknowledges that a customer walked into their store). Ive been here a couple of times in the past months and these people dont even care. Recently I went to purchase a new phone and after 10 minutes or looking around, I went ahead and asked a rep (I had to ask) about the phone. I told them that I want a new phone and want their basic plan (1 gb data) and I would have to go to India after a month for a 3 week vacation. They gave me stupid reasons (like how my roaming data in India might be more than what I would use here in a month and thus it is not going to work). The lady had to go check with her manager 3-4 times to get this info. I finally went to the Alderwood mall store and got the phone from there. This place sucks guys. Go somewhere else.

of you are searching for a top of the line cell phone distributor ..... I am sure there is none that have a store that shares more knowledge and customer service than the Bothell T-Mobile store. The manager, Caleb Jones sets a high standard of service & knowledge. The two members of his staff provided my wife & I outstanding support. Sam Hong solved a tech problem for me in minutes.....that Apple had spent over an hour without any solution of that technical problem. Alex Dadula also assisted us well during a sizable purchase of products. We certainly appreciate and trust the staff of this specific T-Mobile store.

Please avoid this store. The customer service is incredibly poor. I had two issues - one malfunctioning phone (not working after T-Mobiels own software update) and high monthly billing rate. But the customer rep I had to deal with had absolutely no intention to help me. Her intention seems to be only how to get T-Mobile out of the hook. The same message could have been delivered to me in a completely different manner and I would have left the store with the same result but in a much happier state of mind. I am also in a customer facing role (ironically for T-Mobile only) and this was a pretty sorry performance.

I had a few set backs with my reception at home, and some how a lost receipt. I was feeling like my switch to T-mobile was just going all wrong, but then Patrick took over. He did some really smart back logging and found a receipt, and decided that I needed a wi-fi hot spot at home phone. My area said it had great coverage, but it wasnt at my house! So he swapped and upgraded my phone to a way better one, and gave me a price break, knowing I never wanted to spend that much on a phone originally. The customer service is top notch at this store, especially with Patrick taking charge there! Thanks again.

Most people seem to be rating T-Mobile as a company off this location.. I have actually only ever had amazing service at this particular store. Been in every few months for the last 2 years. Warranty and exchanges have been perfect. Associates are happy and relaxed. Its a great environment to just chat about the products and services. Im actually going there now. Just had to google search their hours and ended up seeing these terrible reviews. People need to not be so grumpy.. Its a great store. I honestly will probably not go to any other T-Mobile store again..

I have been here a handful of times over the passed year, coincidently Colby has been the one to help me each time. Now, working in customer service for seven years, I can safely say that he goes above and beyond what his job requires. He is a model employee and has spent hours helping me while still tending to other people. Whatever hes making right now isnt enough, he definitely deserves a raise. I will 100% be with T-Mobile solely because of his outstanding efforts at assisting you with all your needs. Thank you for all the help

I went in to get both of our Samsung Gravity Smart phones replaced and the "sales man" treated us like were idiots. This is the third phone I have had of this model and when I asked for an upgrade he offered me the same phone. How is it that a phone with a known history of problems would be fixed with the same phone? This guy brushed us off like we always do at this store. If tmobile wants to know why they are having money problems then they should look at their miserable customer service.

You may want to stay away from there extended warranty plans its a bait and switch game . I just got a $50 Samsung on5 with not enough memory to run a couple apps. It was a warranty exchange for my malfunctioning $600 HTC m8. I Didnt see it coming because they have been so trustworthy before. They have now lost my interest. By the way they offered me $8 towards a upgrade now. GRRRR What happened to the great customer service they used to have..

(4/30/17) Store still doesnt offer current merchandise, sales people have no Knowledge of any product outside of the store and how it compares to what they are selling. Waited 20 minutes before I was greeted/helped. Corporate needs to shut it down or step in! Go any where else! (02/17) Didnt really have the current merchandise, and the sales people werent that informed!

I visited this place a few months ago and the employees were kind. Also today I called this place up to ask some questions about SIM card change and a lady picked up and answered my questions kindly giving me the correct info. Unlike a couple other T-mobile places i called, this lady gave me the correct info. I appreciated it.

They provide the best of the worst customer service and they lie. When i called the store on phone to buy a new SIM card, i was offered certain plan by this store employee and when i went to the store, they claim that the employee who offered deal to me did not worked on that day and they cannot offer me that plan.

worst experience ever! went there yesterday to get a screen protector, they messed up with my phone, didnt give me my $10 change when I came back there to solve these issues the guy who did it ran off. Do not go there. LIERS SCAMMERS

Had 2 poor experiences in this store. Sales women/men have not been helpful and have been incorrect on the products they sell! They arent up to date on phone accessories and cannot help with any kind of maintenance for their phones.
