Today I went into my local Verizon store to redeem my free upgrade. I had been using the iPhone 4s for the last couple years and was expecting to get a slightly better model. First off I was impressed that Brian the store manager saw us approaching and held the front door open. This said to me I value you as a customer, you are important. We sat down and discussed what we were looking to get and Brian took this information and presented us with some options. I was not looking to change from an iPhone to an Android because I had just listened to friends but Brian explained what specs the v10 had and I was impressed. Not only did he help me identify what style phone I wanted but he also very enthusiasticly modified my current plan to save me more money and this even allowed me to change the hotspot we werent using but were paying for to a one time purchase few towards a tablet. Brian along with his two members on staff at the time, Bonnie and Cody were a tremendous help. I walked out of the store feeling everything was well explained to me and more happy with the phone I received than the one I was considering before hand.

Go see Chris and Larry, they were so amazing and helpful, and made what was a bad situation so much better! We got into the store about an hour before close, with a couple different problems that needed to be solved, we needed to reevaluate a plan, add a smart phone and figure out a way to replace a phone that we had just gotten 2 months prior that had been stolen, Chris and Larry listened to all of our concerns and had genuine empathy for how upset my mother in law was about losing her phone and all of her pictures especially. They re worked the plan to where adding the smartphone, getting a new phone and adding more data now is less than what was being paid before. Larry and Chris stayed late to help finish up helping us and I am so grateful for them for making a crappy situation better, and turning the day around for my mother in law. From now on for all of my cellphone needs/problems I will be contacting Chris or Larry. Thank you guys for the amazing customer service!

Had an outstanding experience at your Cellular Sales store in Bothell. Your sales rep Stephanie Jacob treated me with outstanding customer service. She took the time to walk me through my account and explained several options for me to reduce my current bill. She suggested things which helped me reduce my monthly bill by over $50. She was very pleasant to deal with and was able to multi task while working with me to help incoming customers and answer phone calls. She exhibited amazing knowledge of the offers currently avaiable to help reduce my bill while maintaining the products and services that i require. The rest of the staff was happy and inviting which made it an incredible customer service experience. I highly recommend visitng the Cellular Sales store on Bothell if you need anything with your Verizon account. Make sure you ask for Stephanie...you will not be disappointed.

Hey, once again Larry Wong came to my help and took great care of me and my phones! I want anyone that reads this to know that I worked with Larry previously for signing up my family and kids with a plan that worked for us all. I came to a situation that I needed to change some things and modify the phone situation and I called Larry without hesitation. He met me the next day, sat me down, found me some alternatives that I needed and then helped me get it all squared away in no time and it was pretty seamless, but it did take the skill and help that Larry and his office knew how to effectuate the solution. So, here is my sincere thanks to Larry and the office at the Bothell Verizon Store and their ongoing great customer service and help and Larry Wong is the man to call. Thanks again Larry!

I bought both of my new iPhones here a couple of years ago and the customer service was amazing. My wife and I worked with Matthew at the time. When we purchased our phones they came with lifetime free replacement of the screen protector for both phones. My wife and I have come in a number of times to take advantage of this and with out question it was taken care of. Today I came in to do the same and there was and older guys that greeted me and I told home what I was there for. He went to get one and said that program has needed and you now need to pay for it. He was increadbly rude and I will be upgrading both our phone some where else form now on. Terrible to see great customer service be reduced to such a low level by one person.

I recently had a phenomenal customer experience at Cellular Sales. My husband, sister and I desired to upgrade our phones and Cody helped us pick out phones that suited our individual needs as well as helped us revamp our phone plan to be most cost effective. After choosing our phones and starting the setup process I noticed no one else in the store - it was past closing time. Cody, Larry and Jimbo helped us for over an hour after the store officially closed. They didnt rush us and they repeatedly assured us that they were happy to help as we profusely apologized for delaying their closing up and going home. They were very professional, informed and helpful. We will return to this store for all our future phone needs!!

From start to finish, the service here was phenomenal. We told Cody what we thought we wanted, and he took the time to listen to what we actually needed, and we both ended up with perfect (different and better priced actually) phones. When luck struck, and I was gifted a great phone the next day, I was able to return my awesome new one, with no problems and zero frustration on their part, even when there were customers waiting to spend money, unlike my need. Larry proceeded the refund quickly, and efficiently with a smIle on his face. Even helped me set up my gifted phone. Will return to this store for any of my future needs! Thank you guys, you are truly a class act!

I came from another verizon store in the mall and did not like how they treated me. I was hesitant to come into this store and thought i should just deal with online but i was so surprised by how Tim took care of me and my needs. He told me that i was paying too much and that he can re structure my plans so that i dont get charged too much for canada calls. The best part about it was that I was able to get a tablet without my bill going up. I always wanted to buy myself a tablet but who can complain with the amazing deal he gave me. Go see Tim but call first coz there was customers asking for him while he was helping me so i think hes a popular guy.

I just wanted to give Autumn & Larry a HUGE THANK YOU! I walked in close to closing with a phone that wouldnt charge, in a panic! Autumn was able to figure out the problem and swap out my charger I had purchased that wasnt working properly. She then upgraded our tablets! I left before closing with a working phone and upgrades! The customer service I received tonight was beyond what you get these days. Especially close to closing. While she was getting us ready to go,I had a nice fun conversation with Larry who was telling me how much he enjoyed working for Verizon! I left a very happy customer and will return to see them! Thanks again guys!
