In general, the experience with any service provider, whether it be cell phone, cable, or utilities, can be hit or miss, depending on the associate you are interacting with. In this store it was no different. Ive had positive and negative experiences in the same store on the same day when talking to an associate who was never, versus one who was experienced. Overall, I think that customer service is going extinct because the consumers nowadays go into the store knowing so much more about the products they are looking at. We can make the decision on our phone, wireless plan, and accessories before we even enter the store, and when we arrive, all they have to do is not mess up the purchasing experience. In their attempt to get you to add on other services, look at other phones, and buy accessories and phone insurance you didnt necessarily plan on, it seems they focus more on increasing the sale, than actually helping you complete your intended purchase, and this is where the services goes downhill sometimes. Im sure its a high stress, high turnover job with plenty of irritated customers, so I have to keep that in mind and give them a break. One thing I do like about the store is the clean, uncluttered layout, but sometimes, they dont have a working demo phone of the model that you want to see. No really big complaints on my experiences here.

My fiance and I got a couple new phones on the jump program and we needed to trade in our phone from att. The sales person told us that she gave us a discount and later we find out that it wasnt a discount, but the trade in from the phone. We expected tmobile to pay for the EIP for that phone, which they did, but the sale person lied to us about the discount. Also, that person convinced us that we should buy the UE Megaboom at a discount and it was the last one available. Before we even left the store she sold another one to a different customer. The plan prices are good, I dont trust any of the sales people anymore. Super disappointed.

This used to be my favorite T-Mobile store, now Im NOT GOING BACK! The last 3 times Ive been in theyve either been extremely rude or really stupid -but this last time it was BOTH! I simply wanted to know what watches they sold other than the Samsung Gear and she answered "Apple Watch", I said "no, a real watch, for Android" (with a smile and a laugh". She said "Samsung is the only one that makes am Android watch"...um..NOT TRUE! So she asked me who else I think makes them, I mentioned a few of the top of my head -LG, Motorola, Huawei, Sony...hmmm Stop regurgitating what makes you sales and know what youre talking about!

The pricing is very good but the associates in this store are absolutely terrible at their job. They will lie to you in the store just to get a sale on their record. I was promised some things in the store and when I called back a few days later these promises that were made to me were "something that this store doesnt do." Theyre cool with taking your money but not cool with providing you what they promised.

Associates are eager to help you always. I called hours before coming in noting that Ill be there at 4:30 and the associate who answered my call was readily available the moment I walked in. Everything is neat and organized. I give this place a 5 star because I got a free Samsung VR headgear after purchasing a UE Megaboom for only 200 ($100 off).

I was at this store on 12/29/2016 between the hours of 05:00 pm - 06:00pm .. The level of unprofessional, Rude associates, and manager lack of knowledge on all T-Mobile products and services is beyond belief. This place is a mess and someone in Factoria/Headquarters need to know and clean it up ASAP.

Had an issue, went there to resolve it and had to call back multiple times to try and resolve my CellSpot issue. Never received a follow up call back like I was told multiple times.
