Excellent service! My iPhone stopped working. I took it to the Apple Store, and reformatting was the only option presented to me, which would wipe all my recent vacation photos that I hadnt backed up. After the reformatting process, I had two options: I could keep my old phone if it was back in working order or I could upgrade to a new phone for $299. I wasnt ready to reformat and lose my photos, so I left the Apple Store with my phone still not working to think about it overnight. As a last resort on my way back to the Apple Store, I tried Sound & Vision. A 15-minute $75 battery exchange solved the problem and saved my photos!

I recently broke my brand new phone on a recent snowboarding trip. I called David at Sound Wireless and he called me right back with a quote and ordered the parts for me immediately. I then dropped the phone off when the parts came in a few days later and my phone was fixed like it was new again! David was extremely friendly and helpful. Not to mention that the cost to fix my broken phone was very reasonable and fair! Definitely recommend this place if youre having any issues with your wireless device.
