Today is August 3, 2017. I have not had any service on my boost mobile device anywhere in Renton, WA or Maple Valley, WA since July 30, 2017. After being unable to contact anyone, including customer support, I drove to the Kent, WA location. The woman working the counter was incredibly rude. She ended up calling boost customer service on the store phone before handing it to me to deal with the issue. The problem was never solved. Boost mobile claimed that something was wrong with my phone. A factory reset did not solve the issue, nor did any other possible solution. They told me to contact samsung. Still no phone service. Absolutely terrible customer service. Boost mobile has refused to refund my payment for the service, and is no longer replying to my inquiries.
