READ IF YOU HAVE AN IPHONE 6 Writing this review to save anyone the trouble Ive experienced since going here. Since going to them, I have an iPhone 6 ( that Im still making payments on) collecting dust in a drawer because it is inoperable. I broke my screen and took it here to get replaced (first mistake, its cheaper at the Apple Store). When they were done, it looked new, but the TOUCH ID no longer worked. they said this happens due to a security issue with iphones. They said they could put the broken screen back and let me take it to Apple, so at least the warranty wouldnt be voided due to getting the screen replaced at a 3rd party place. I didnt want to go through the hassle so I just kept the new screen and sacrificed having TOUCH ID. Cost of repair: $130 -- they gave me $30 back because they broke the touch id. A few weeks later the LED went out. I got a back up phone and went to AT&T to get a sim card. They told me I needed to take the phone to where the screen was replaced and have them fix it. I went back to "10,000 Cellphones" and when I asked the guy at the front desk if he thinks its related to the repair I had done, he said "It sounds like youre accusing us of this" and "Youre expecting something" ... This threw me off guard.. I asked him to take a look and see if it was the LED and then I could decide if I wanted to get it replaced. He said it was the LED and they could replace it for $130 .... uhh WHAT? I just paid that much to have the screen replaced. I told him no thanks and I would take it to Apple. This is when he became nice and sympathetic as opposed to how rude he was about my issue earlier. He said he "felt bad" and they could do it at a lower price if I wanted- and throw in an extra screen if it cracked again. Again declined. I was gonna take it to Apple for professional counseling. When I went to Apple the guy at the genius bar opened up the phone and said the LED repair wouldnt be covered under warranty for two reasons. 1. Because I had the glass replaced at an outside retailer. 2. It appeared that there was some parts affected and/or damaged from 3rd party repair. So suffice to say-- unhappy with the repairs, service, and response that I experienced. I cant believe they have 4.8 STARS! The other customer that was there when I was in the store didnt sound very happy either. Making sure people arent misled by the "good reviews" and know whats really going down here.

The best cell phone repair shop in town! They fix almost everything and offer other services like buying, selling, and trading your phones. Ive come back there on multiple occasions. They fixed my laptop and my nieces ipod in the past and more recently, I traded my old phone for the Samsung Galaxy s5 Active which I absolutely LOVE!! I also really like and appreciate that they are a company of integrity. They are honest about what they can or cant do and let you know up front and even advise you if its best for you try going to Apple to get the repair done as they advised my friend, who was not aware of Apple warranty policy. So Ive personally seen how much dedication they put into these repairs and providing the best possible service. You can definitely trust these guys with your valuable devices! Thanks 10k! This place is AMAZING!!!! I dunno what the fiancé did to his Iphone but it was in bad shape. Couldnt get the touch screen to function and the screen was rainbow colored with squiggly lines. Fiancé thought it was dead. I said well lets see what we can do. Verizon couldnt help me cause I didnt buy insurance or anything. They said $500 for a new phone. They recommended I go here or to Apple. I always try to support local places before bigger corporations so I went here. I was told that if it could be fixed it would take an hour and be $135.00. Well guess what?! An hour and $135.00 later the fiancé has a nice working iPhone!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!

Broke my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 screen. I did a quick google search for cellphone repair and this store came up. Did some research about them since their was no reviews and noticed that they have 9 other stores on the east cost and this one is the first on the west coast. So I decided to check them out. I took my Note 2 in to get fixed they said they could have it done in an hour and half. I left my phone with them to repair and went to eat in the same plaza. Came back to their store and it was ready to go. The cost was cheaper than all of the other competitors I researched. Great service and great customer service!! I highly recommend!

I had given up on my tablet ever working again, but decided to give it a try. I had to go to several stores that refused to even service it, until I came to 10000 Cellphones. It was the only place I could find even willing to try. Whats more, they said it would be no charge unless they fixed the issue. I had nothing to loose! A couple days later, they called and said that it was ready, and to bring a charger to test if it worked. I am so happy with the results! Any time I have issues with a device I wont hesitate to take it to them, or tell my friends to take anything to them.

I called them to see if they could fix my LG G3 screen, cracked badly! They said sure, would take about an hour. They actually did what they said! At a good price! Rare. They warranty the screen for six months also. People seem cool, place seems good. Hopefully Ill never need to. But, if I have a problem with a phone. Ill call them first. While your waiting, Bai Tong Thai Restaurant a few doors down was really good!

Broke my Note 2 and I did not have insurance. Someone told me to bring it to 10,000 Cellphones and I had never heard of them before. I would have had to pay $700 for a new phone and going here saved me hundreds of dollars. I will DEFINITELY tell everyone to go here. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Awesome service! I got my Samsung Galaxy S4 glass replaced there for a really good deal and they were quick . Other places were almost charging the price of another phone! Again, great service. Definitely recommending them to the next person I see that has a broken phone!

Friendly and efficient place. They fixed my phone like it was brand new in about an hour. Never needed a screen repaired before so cant speak to the competitive-ness of pricing but Im happy with the repair and the warranty!!
