I want to acknowledge the store manager at the cricket wireless store I Berkeley. Aziz, is extrodinory patient, a bit sarcastic at times, but in an affable kind of way, In a field that is inherently and increasingly indifferent to anything but the bottom line. He is unusually supportive and accommodating to wide range of personalities. Walking into the Berkeley, I know for a fact that he make your purchasing experience both pleasant and respectful of your actual purchasing needs.

They have really bad attitudes..the female is OK..the short guy Ali is very rude and makes homophobic remarks...in downtown Berkeley of all places..do yourself a favor skip this place.
