I wish I could rate this AT&T store 0 stars. Last November, I upgraded my iPhone to an iPhone 6+ using the AT&T Next program. From the start, it was problematic. I knew it would take almost two months to get a phone, so my expectations were set. The problem is that the store messed up and somehow placed the order wrong. My first indication was that whenever I contacted AT&T, they couldnt find my order. Finally, two days before Christmas, I received my phone :) The phone came in a box with a return label to send my old phone back. In January, I sent my old phone back. Now the fun starts. Towards the middle of February, I got a text message from AT&T stating that I didnt return my phone so they were going to charge me for the non-returned phone $257.00. I talked to AT&T on the phone and they said I hadnt returned the phone. After several calls, they "found" my returned phone and promised to credit my account. Two weeks later (towards the beginning of March), I checked my bill, and I still owed them for the "returned" phone. I called again and talked to another AT&T rep. They told me (again) that I didnt return the phone. After an hour on the phone, they finally "found" the phone in their system and promised to give me a credit. A week ago, I called again. Guess what? I still owed them the money for the phone. After another hour (and them having to "find my phone), they promised me a credit. They even told me that I should pay for the phone and then Id get a credit for it. NO WAY. Today, I called again as I got a text message stating that I owed AT&T even more money. The rep indicated that the store (this store) placed the order incorrectly and that shed fix the problem. Her "fix" was to CANCEL my AT&T next contract. The result is I now owe AT&T the entire amount for the phone PLUS an early termination fee. It has gone from bad to worse. NOBODY SEEMS TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO FIX THIS ISSUE. This is an AT&T internal issue due to the mistakes made by this store. My advice is to NOT ORDER AT&T NEXT PHONES from this store. YOULL BE VERY SORRY. For all my efforts (5+ hours of my time), they offered me a $25.00 courtesy credit. What a joke.

I have been an AT&T customer for quite some time now and this store is a huge reason why! I am a total phone geek and always have to have the newest iPhone, I am always messing with my account and screwing things up. The managers and employees in this store always treat me with the utmost kindness and patience and treat me so well. They always fix my problem and are able to give me the absolute best service. I own a bronze sculpture business out in the middle of the Columbia River Gorge and I am completely dependent on my cellular equipment for my work. Thanks to these guys and girls I have the best service and I thank you very much! I appreciate you all so much :-) A special shout-out to Zack!

Been a customer for 15 years and had the worst customer service ever yesterday. Completly unhelpful. Only tried to sell me new products and were no help solving a problem with a phone I just bought which they sold me insurance on (I feel they purposly comitted fraud). After trying again today and getting a little help but no solution I finally complained all the way up to the CEO office of their insurer. Tomorrow I go into the store again to try to get resolution but this time I have #s of people to call if I get the run around again.

Ive been with AT&T for 15 years, and I honestly dont understand how someone could sit there, and tell me that he has no clue what Im talking about, and deny the services that another associate explained to me, and made me pay for. I have NEVER had this bad of an experience in store before. I use to have great experiences, even in this store... but today was just not good! Im so disappointed.

OMG! Customer rep Bonnie is so rude. But you cant go talk to any specialists without going through with her first. Not only she couldnt be of any help, oh what she told me was so rude. I went to Best Buy cell section after that and they were much more helpful and quicker, answered all my questions. Better just walk to Best Buy around the corner. Unbelievable...

I visit this store once a month to pay my phone bill. Im always greeted when I walk in & when I leave someone always opens the door for me and tells me to have a great day. Ive never had any problems. My questions are always promptly answered. I cant imagine myself switching over to another phone company, just based off the customer service from here.

I have to say my first experience with this store was wonderful we worked with Randy Lee he was great helped us with everything.This last experience with Manny was horrible. I will never let him help me again felt like he was just trying to get me out of the store. Thank you Karen for stepping in and helping when you could tell I was getting mad

I was treated like I was a nuisance today . Every bit of information that I received I had to pull out of her and I felt like she just wanted to be done helping me. I only dealt with one person so I cannot say if this is indicative of the store or if I just got somebody that should not be in a customer service/sales position.

Well, someone got your message. A rep picked up the phone and answered my questions politely... although he also suggested Best Buy as they did not have what I was looking for and to me that is a mark of superior service.

Ive always had a great experience at this AT&T store. Although we all know its getting tougher and tougher to break the bank for a new phone, the service here has always been good and the waits have always been short.

Best Experience! I went in on Saturday and I was attended immediately even though it was packed! The sales associate was named Dustin, he was super nice, helpful & such a gentleman. And, good looking! :)
