After being a 13year AT&T customer, I have to say I have never been so relieved to find a wireless provider that focuses on their customer satisfaction as much a cricket wireless. The new store manager, Anika was very helpful and hooked me up with this ZTE Grand X4. I really liked how clean the store was and that the staff didnt mind my 3 year old coming along. They really appealed to me because they offered me 2 lines (one for myself and one for my new small business) for less than what I had been paying monthly to AT&T for 1 line! Will definitely be back and k would highly recommend this place to anyone who has had it up to here with their phone service provider!
