Great store, great location. The salesmen were polite and didnt rush at you or leave you waiting, which I appreciate. In other words, it wasnt a madhouse like other phone stores Ive been in--and out as quickly as I could run. I wound up buying a smartphone from them and feel very happy with my purchase.

Bought a new S7 Edge, set up was a disaster, cant even describe programs list. Contacts lost, messed up apps, frozen texting, etc. After this horror of a start, James Sykes and Sydney Parjan saved the day. With wizardry, they recovered lost fb account and fixed all other issues plus taught me new things!

Not a Verizon owned store means they charge you for stuff like SIM cards, and cant solve real problems without wasting your time and money calling daddy. Go to a real Verizon.
