I can c why the shops name changed to Powell tattoo and piercing instead of High Class tattoo and piercing, there is zero class to that place. The piercer, Shawn, didnt card me or my friend, and he didnt have us sign a waiver. It took him 3 tries to pierce my septum straight and it took him 2 tries to pierce my friends septum straight. At first, he tried telling us that they looked straight when they clearly werent(i could see and feel that the left side was further forward on mine). THEN he charged us full price!!!! Wtf? never ever go there! I would actually give them a zero star rating. BTW Just because someone leaves a bad review, doesnt mean that person is a troll or a fake account, it means theyre trying to warn others not to go there because their lack of skills and theyre doing illegal n unprofessional practices. This is actually my first bad review Ive ever wrote.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The dude was hella cool the shop was about to close and he looked like he was ready to leave I said I really wanted this tat on my neck to surprise my mother tomorrow on Thanksgiving without hesitation he said lets do it and stayed an extra hour to get it done for me I gave me a way BETTER deal then any other shop would have giving me!!! I STRONGLY SUGGEST you get your ink here!!!!

I love High class. I went in with my husband to get a new tattoo and his first one! Shane is hilarious and I love all the staff. So much that after my Thigh piece and my husbands shoulder tattoo, That we came in 3 days later for 2 more! Today we are going to get our tongues pierced and I couldnt be more excited.

My friend and I came in as "walk ins" wanting different wrist tattoos. We were greeted promptly. Cho gave me a dog tattoo that I absolutely love. While she was working on me I noticed she is an expert in dog tattoos as she had a lot of incredible art displayed. My tattoo was perfect. Very satisfied. Friend too!

Ive gotten AMAZING deals on piercing. Ive gotten 4 piercings from there but only paid for 2. Unfortunatly my piercings got infected but healed. Also they put there jewelry on extremely tight which is what caused my infections. But other than that. Its a good pricing place.

Great customer service. I have gotten 4 of my 12 piercings here anduring wIll never go anywhere else. The staff were professional, informative, and honest. The environment was clean, welcoming and comfortable. A pleasant surprise after the other shops Ive been to.
