I want there a year and a half ago to get a tattoo on my right calf. Angela Grace did my tattoo. At first it looked fine but as it healed lines and shadow started dropping out completely and the color fade was really bad. This isnt my first color tattoo I understand that its not as bright when it heals but this was bad and I know how to care for a tattoo. I tried contacting my tattoo artist just saying I needed "touch ups" and she never contacted me back through facebook and text. I finally went into the shop and found out she was fired. They told me that I need to get touchups from her that they would not take the responsibility for her work. I was very very upset and felt that they were very unprofessional on a tattoo I way over paid for *I was quoted for 2hrs tops it took 3 1/2 hrs and they charge by hr*. One guy at the shop offered to throw a few lines in to help out but I felt he went a little fast and it didnt match but I was thankful. Other then that the manager did nothing... Im now paying someone else to fix it ):

Some of the piercers are very nice and professional, but then you have others who are so stuck up theyll only do certain piercings. I went to get my septum done and was told though many people were being pierced and they had openings that I would have to come back another day because the people that were there that day refused to pierce septum. On top of that after every piercing you get your supposed to return to get your permanent jewelry once the healing process is done. Every time I have gone to get my replacement they have never had the shorter bars available and the owner will only order new stock when they feel they have enough to order, despite having several customers waiting for the same things. Going in to purchase jewelry they couldnt even find matching bars or proper threads for there own pieces. Then again what can you say for a piercing and tattoo shop located inside of a mall. You are going to get what you pay for.

Went in on a walk-in appointment to get a double cartlidge piercing; the staff was very friendly, honest and helpful! Shom helped give me a quote and greeted me and my family when we walked in, Tyler helped with jewelery selection and Kelly did my piercings. Kelly was exceptional! He executed both piercings quickly and with very little pain, asked how I was doing the whole time and was very honest! Later at dinner I pulled on a strand of my hair and it was caught in my piercing, the backing came unscrewed (from swelling and my hair being stuck in it) I walked back into the parlor and Shom helped me right away, I sat in the chair and he put the backing on and cleaned up my piercing, even offered advice on how to keep the swelling down. Honestly one if the best experiences Ive had with my piercings and such sweet and wonderful staff!!!! Thank you a million times over, Ill definitely be back for any future piercings.

Went there for the Friday the 13th special, everyone was very nice, and even though there were a lot of people they took time to make sure my piercings were where I wanted them, instead of just rushing through each person, and I saw the new needle still in package and them sterilizing everything. I also went into shock and almost fainted because Im not use to piercings and it was my conch and the guy was very understanding and reassured me that it happens and the conch is usually the worst one for a lot of people. I am definitely going back for future piercings!

I got my arm tattoo here, i wanna say 5 or 6 years ago when the ship was still located across the street from Jamba Juice. I still get compliments about it and people always seemed shocked when I tell them how old it is. And thats with never getting any touch ups on it. And yesterday, my mom and I went in to get a tongue piercing. Didnt catch the piercers name, but him and Echo were amazing. Were very consistent on making sure we were okay, and talking through the steps and answered any questions. They definately made the experience a lot easier.

I called in Thursday to ask about prices and the staff was very helpful on the phone. I went in around 2 oclock ands I filled out the paperwork to get my nose pierced. While filling out paperwork Brie was working on piercing a little girls ears, and was very patient and reassuring. When it came to my turn, she was straight up about the pain level I would experience and very quick with piercing my nose. I am overall please with how my nose piercing came out and will continue to go to Brie for other piercings.

I came in and the piercer wasnt there. The guy told someone else he cant actually pierce yet but hes building his portfolio and he has pierced before and he could stretch my septum. Maybe because Ive had pros stretch it, but this was definitely the least comfortable and most "drawn out" gauging Ive experienced. I probably wont be returning or recommending. The guy was nice but didnt instill confidence in me. I came here because my usual guy was closed. My bad. Haha

Save your time & money go ANYWHERE ELSE FOR A TATTOO. 1/28/2015 @5:32PM I WALK IN AND GOT TOLD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WAS CLEAN. NICE. AND ONLY SHOWED SOME WEIRDO BEARDED KID AN IMAGE OF LEONARDO DAVINCIS VITRUVIAN MAN + A BACKGROUND IMAGE OF METATRONS CUBE.. SICK!! THIS GUY SAYS A NAME OF OTHER SHOP. SAYS THEIR NOT INTO SACRED GEOMETRY... WHAT? THEIR NOT INTO MONEY AND WORK. PLACE IS HUGE. ALWAYS EMPTY. WILL NOT LAST..

I got my nose pierced here. First off they were very nice about any questions I had and took care of my anxious and nervous feelings when I had mentioned them. There were no complications and they walked me through the steps I needed to go through for the proper healing for my nose & willingly helped me out when I called or went in about any problems. I will be going back for further piercings!!

I got my lip done almost a year ago...Bri is really nice and helpful but she did my monroe and it was crooked and I have heard from more then one person that she messed up on their piercing....I refereed her to one of my friends though and it turned out fine...& Bri only learned to pierce at the salon she hasnt taken any classes...other than it being crooked everything went well....

If I could give a 0 star I would. Out of the 2 times I have gotten my belly button pierced and my monroe done, Ive never had any problems with this company. Apparently this company doesnt do piercings after 8 pm anymore, which if Ive ALWAYS done in the past months. We all know this company, 90% of the time between 8-9 pm, there are NO customers. How dare I

I got my belly button pierced here. The staff was very reassuring and they made sure everything was sterile. (Ive had 13 piercings, so I know what should be done). The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because I havent heard the best reviews about the tattoos. A few of my friends have gone here for theirs. But the piercing portion is definitely an A+.
