This facility is really dirty and the staff is not very nice. Every time I came to this store the staff was eating lunch and seemed bothered to be helping you during their business hours. I purchased my wedding gown from here because it was close to home and they had the dress I wanted. Most of the samples are not kept very nicely and are stained, ripped, or otherwise damaged. They only give 1 hour appts and are always running late so you get about 30 minutes worth of their time, so you are constantly being rushed out the door. I had my alterations done by Val, which were originally quoted to be around $200-$250 when the dress was purchased. "No more than $300 at most" is what the posh bridal employees insisted. When I had my dress altered it ended up being $450 to bring in the top portion, ever so slightly, and hem the dress. I picked up my dress 2 days before my wedding- not by choice but because Val is over booked and waited until the last minute to have the dress finished! I came to my last fitting only to find out that she never even hemmed the dress, so I was tripping all over it, and of course she had no time to fix her mistake of thinking she had hemmed the dress when she hadnt, she hand sewed the hem to "fix" the problem. The stitching came undone before my wedding even started and I spent my whole wedding night tripping over my dress and I could barely get down the isle because of it. I never complained while at the store because lets be real, who has the time to deal with this kind of issue and have to fight with your alterations woman 2 DAYS before your wedding. Pretty appalling service in my opinion.

I have not had the entire experience with Posh Bridals as its only been a week since I chose my dress; However, I still cant get over its beauty and the excellent service my family, friends, and I received from Akua. She was very attentive to exactly what I wanted and willing to bend over backwards to help me find the perfect dress, even staying almost an hour later than the closing time of the store and letting us all enjoy champagne (which I have not had that pleasure in the other stores). This was the 6th place I went to in my search for the perfect dress and not once did I feel as though she or the other consultant was trying to "sell" me like I was pressured to (this is a one time deal/you love this dress, lets go ahead and buy it/etc.) elsewhere. Akua let me try on two dresses that I was considering about 4 times each which really made me feel confident that the decision was all mine. I ended up picking the third dress I tried on and am obsessed with it. They have a ton of different styles and the prices were totally fair. I also really liked that the time allotted for me was reserved and we had the entire store to ourselves. My dress wont come in for a few more months so I dont know what to expect until then but for an amazing experience while looking for your dress, I absolutely recommend Posh Bridals. Ask for Akua!

I was recommended to go there cause they found there dress and had an amazing experience. When I went I found my dress and the sales consultant was amazing! Sadly she doesnt work there no more. When we went to get the bridesmaid dresses we felt as the new seller was not as attentive to us and we had to ask for clips multiple times. I had set up to get my dress altered there. I had asked how much it was going to cost to get the train done and the seamstress how much it would cost, she stated $200 so the total cane out to $600. I called later that day and changed my mind about the train. I called a few weeks later to finish paying and was told that the total was still $600. I had an appointment set to speak to the seamstress I arrived and she was waiting for me, she basically called me a liar and stated she never said $200 and only wanted to take off $75 instead of $100. I would not recommend alterations as it is overaly priced. And can find other locations that are amazing for half the cost. I took my money and dress elsewhere.

I visited there earlier this month with my cousin and mom who came there from out of town. Brandi and Akua were friendly and really tried to find out what I liked since I was open to a lot of different styles. Akua was honest with me when something didnt work and wasnt trying to sell me something which I greatly appreciated. I did love that we had the whole store to ourselves which I hadnt experienced at other boutiques. The first half hour was a bust but they tried really hard to find things that worked in the last half hour. Their efforts were amazing and I did end up finding things that could work with my venue. Unfortunately, I ended up picking another dress somewhere else but I wanted to write a review because they were extremely helpful and Id recommend them to other future brides.

Posh Bridal has been the worst place to work with. They lost all of our bride and bridesmaids information days after we filled it out. They have incorrect information. Their communication skills are horrible. They never called or emailed any of us about our dresses arriving so we all sat around wondering where our dresses were. They make you come in numerous times for nothing and they over charge for alterations before you even get the dress back to try it on. I will never use this place again and I would not recommend them. I feel sorry for brides that have dealt with that stress.

Posh bridal was professional and answered my questions. My dress arrived on time and the correct size, and they promptly notified me when it was available to pick up. I wasnt particularly impressed with my experience as I never really felt welcome or comfortable. My experiences as J&B Bridals in Chambersburg were much better, but Posh was the only salon in the area that carried the dress I wanted. I would give 3.5 stars if I could because nothing went wrong but I wouldnt jump to recommend them to a good friend.

I had a great experience at Posh. I had a previous appointment elsewhere that had gone okay, but I didnt love anything. Got to Posh, and I think every dress I tried on was more beautiful than the last. The ladies there were so supportive of myself and also my family (they wanted to pick things out for me that they thought would look good, and the consultants were perfectly fine with this). I cannot emphasize enough how welcoming this boutique was. 5/5 stars, definitely!

It was so wonderful working with Melodie. She helped me find the perfect dress for my special day!! My bridesmaids are also purchasing their dresses from Posh Bridal Boutique.

Love the dress I picked from Posh. I had tried four places before here and had just tried it as a shot in the dark. So glad that I took the chance! They have been great to work with through the bridesmaids dresses as well. Soon we will start working on the tuxes, but I have no doubt that will be a good experience.
