The liner tightener of my snowboard boot popped off and go lost, so I called customer service of the company that manufactured it. They said the only way to get the replacement part was to order it through one of their distributors. After calling Dicks to no avail, the friendly staff at EMS helped me order the part I needed and shipped it to me within a day (although the part itself took almost 2 weeks to arrive to the store from the boot company). I will definitely be purchasing from EMS again.

Staff is friendly and posses some knowledge in most subjects. However the brands are going to be the big brands only like most outdoor stores with no cottages industries however this is expected. Some items are cheaper here than they are online especially with coupons. The selection of items is good especially considering it is semi specialized and a very limited market. There always seems to be customers in the store however it usually doesnt become crowded.

Friendly and knowledgeable service, and everything you could possibly want/need for your trek. I expected to pay more here but was pleasantly surprised that they had the best price (including online stores) on the boots I needed. When I had a small problem with the boots, they happily corrected it.
