Do not waste your time...Terrible customer service on the phone and also terrible customer service in person at the store. I stopped going here because of their terrible service over ten years ago and now I have relearned the lesson as an adult. These stores have been dwindling in numbers in the past years and there is a very good reason why.... You are actually better off using craigslist, I know it sounds crazy, but it is true.

The staff have no clue about ice skating. They do provide good hockey section. But those who are there ice skating are not good idea to go. Staff not great communicating, the interior pf the building is to crowded. I find disgusting that ice skating section does have rip shoes and yellow stain on laces.

Customer service is terrible in person and in the phone. I bought a pair of "new" pair of cleats (which were off brand) which were overpriced for the quality. These cleats broke after a day or two of use.
