Theyre overpriced on just about everything in the store, which is to be expected...but they easily have the worst gunsmiths in the state of PA. Went with a family member to purchase a rifle (against my advice) and they paid to have the gunsmith at Gander Mtn mount a scope on it and boresight it (also against my advice). The scope was so far forward on the gun that when you shoulder the rifle you have to move your head forward a good 3" or so to get a clear view. Absolutely pathetic work. When we called to tell them about it they didnt seem to care at all and made no offer to right their wrong...so we fixed it ourselves. Customer service here is just nowhere to be found.

In a world where you can buy everything online and 90% of the time cheaper, customer service is everything. They called me about a raincheck that I had (I am assuming, since they didnt bother to leave a message), I called them back, after it rang 30 times, a girl answered. She tried to transfer me to firearms, after a few minutes, she apologized because they were so busy back there and no one can answer, she took my name and number and said that someone would call me back. That was 7 days ago........ Stopped in today and basically the same deal, no one knows why someone would call and oh my we are so sorry that we cant take the time to call you back.

Decent store. Has some unique products, but most can be found cheaper on Amazon. Staff didnt seem helpful. My girlfriend and I walked in the store and 3 of the employees were standing around the cash register. No warm welcome from anyone. Kind of out of the way from I-81.

They are closing down, but still had a good selection of stuff. Alot of guns were still there and a good amount of hunting and fishing equipment. If youre looking to grab some discount gear I would get there quick.
