I never write reviews. The service I received was so exceptional that I feel compelled to in this case. I had already went to 2 appliance stores, looking for a part for my gas stove. I was told by them it was discontinued and no one sells it anymore. I then tried Appliance Depot, and the woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and looked out for my best interests. It turned out that Appliance Depot did have the part I needed (used), but after inspecting the part I brought in to the store, the woman determined the part just needed to be cleaned! She then spent about 10 minutes cleaning it for me with an air compressor and sent me on my way. I was blown away by the service. My stove worked perfectly after I installed the newly cleaned part. I will definitely be back (even though they are out of my way) and would recommend them to anyone needing appliances or appliance parts.

I emailed them about there scratch and dent parts due to the fact this was new to me. I ask about a warranty. The response I got back was "Read our return policy", it wasnt very clear. So I waited until the next day and called. I explained to the person on the phone that I was confused and what is the warranty on this particular part. He to told me to read the return, I said obviously we have been corresponding through email. He said do you know what our return policy is. I started to quote what I read and he quickly stated: If its not broke and it works fine and you send it to us we will send it right back to you. Dry, Dry Dry... I thought I will pay the extra this is too risky. I wouldnt buy an ice tray from them. They are rude.

I was in looking for very hard-to-find parts for particularly puzzling refrigerator behavior. The gentleman (he really was, and not an overly-chivalrous or syrupy one) who was helping me was right, while my inquiries elsewhere left me stumped. They also spent quite a bit of time scouting out parts that probably dont exist, and offered to stick it out with me to find parts that would fit if I brought it in to check. No, they dont run a business that allows for errors, yours if you buy the wrong part or whatever, or theirs. This is a standard I appreciate. Im very, very glad I bought from them, and will be back again.

When faced with finding a replacement part for our 20 year old cracked Dacor ceramic top electric range we werent very optimistic. We thought for sure in the very best case we could find a brand new replacement cooktop for $500-$1000 but luckily the Appliance Depot website popped up in a google search with a "used with cosmetic blemishes replacement for $150.00. Not only did Appliance Depot ship out the part extremely quick via UPS but the condition of the part was PRISTINE. This part couldve easily been passed off as brand new at full price in fact. Great experience highly recommend!

YOU ORDER IT YOU OWN IT! If you are expecting a return on anything you order from Appliance Depot then Good Luck.Upon checkout you will be asked to check a box saying you have read and understood their return policy. Buried in the finerint of the document is language that says you have surrenderd your right for a return. Exchanges will be at their discretion. Worst customer service policy on the internet. Repair clinic is the gold standard for appliance part returns. Dont be fooled - there is a reason their prices look cheap.

I purchased a USED part at a REDUCED price and when it arrived, it looked -- and worked -- like it was BRAND NEW! I couldnt have been more pleased. :) The main complaint I have with this company is their TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION -- no replies to questions left through voice mail messages, in e-mail messages, or by via their website contact feature -- even when sent multiple times. The only way I received a guaranteed response was by telephone . . . and that was when I wanted to place the order.

After my fairly-new and generally amazing washing machine straight up STOPPED WORKING one afternoon, I called the service number for the manufacturer and they pointed me to Appliance Depot. Not only did a human answer their phone and was very helpful, but the service guy who came out a day later was friendly, remembered my name, and FIXED MY WASHER. In about 10 minutes. He had all the parts he needed with him, clearly knew what he was doing, and made my day. Thanks, Appliance Depot!

I needed a part for my dryer , they showed me how to get to it , told me three things to trouble shoot. Went home tore it apart and found the problem. Belt tensioner was froze up . Took it back to appliance depot they didnt have the part but he went in back and came out with a good condition used one and gave it to me no charge . They are very knowledgeable and helpful . I will buy my next appliances at appliance depot. Thanks for your help . You saved me a lot of money . Thanks

I cant thank Ron and the gang enough for their guidance and drive to get me the best appliances possible. Not only did he steer me towards the best size fridge & matching stove, he made sure I could get one when all models were shown as "sold" by the manufacturer/s website. He literally gave me the number of a competitor who still had one in stock. I will go to Appliance Depot for all appliances here on out, and I certainly recommend them !

The best customer service ever! Ron goes way way over and above. This business makes me remember how it used to be done and cant find anymore. A very rare service to find now days, and worth its weight in gold! Thanks Ron to you and your staff!! Any one out there looking for a go to place for the household appliance needs this is the place... and 6months, 2 years, and 5 years later you will be thankful you have made the choice go to them!

Horrible. Dont expect to make a return at all, no matter what the circumstances. I didnt open the actual package the product came in, but because the box is open, they will not take the return. It is a horrible way to do business, if you are thinking of using them for a part, my advice would be to seek a business who values their customers.

Had a problem with a timer on our washing machine. Talked to Miranda about replacement or repair. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. She understood the problem and we were able to repair the washing machine with her help. We highly recommend Appliance Depot and will do all of our future appliance business with them.

I was skeptical of the reviews being so high- but the service was fantastic! We needed a range to take home immediately and we were also shopping for several other appliances to get soon. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Completely worth the hour drive to get there. We will recommend them to family and friends!
